On the agent chat page, capabilities such as chat feedback, regeneration, response copy, chat sharing, and chat file management are provided. You can share chat content, upload/generate files, and store/export files in multiple formats, fully covering the needs for content reuse, distribution, and archiving after data analysis and report generation.
During the agent chat, you can perform the following operations on the chat content.
After the agent outputs content, you can click the thumbs-up or thumbs-down icon below to provide real-time feedback on the chat quality. The feedback results can help the system continuously optimize the agent's response quality.
When you are not satisfied with a response, or want the agent to use a different expression, re-reason, or regenerate a result, you can click (Regenerate). After regeneration, the agent will generate a response again based on the current context.
You can copy the agent's response content to easily paste it into other documents or chat tools for quick text reuse.
Chat messages can be selected one by one/in batches to generate sharing links or sharing images. Sharing permissions are divided into intra-organization and public sharing permissions, with a demo playback capability supported.
Click the Share icon in the upper right corner of the chat page to enter the chat's multi-select page. Tick Select All Following Messages at the top to select all chat messages with one click. You can also manually tick one or more chat messages to flexibly combine the shared content.
Intra-Organization Sharing is selected by default. You can click Intra-Organization Sharing to select another visibility scope.
Sharing Scope
Description
Intra-Organization Sharing
All users on the platform can view the chat messages after obtaining the link and logging in.
Public Sharing
Anyone with the access link can view the chat messages.
(1) Select an appropriate sharing scope based on the content sensitivity. During public sharing, the sharer needs to be responsible for the legality and compliance of the chat content.
(2) Public sharing is available only after the super administrator enables Sharing Control under Admin Console > Agent > Common Agent Management.
After Demo Playback is enabled in Share Settings, visitors can view the entire chat interaction process, adjust the playback speed, or jump directly to the results.
Chats can be shared in the following two methods:
(1) Image generation
The selected chat content will be exported as an image. You can directly copy the image to the clipboard or download it locally so that the image can be directly saved, forwarded, or embedded into reporting materials.
(2) Link copy
An access link will be generated for you to directly send to channels such as enterprise IM tools and mailboxes for sharing.
Click in the upper right corner of the chat page to open the chat file page, which is divided into two independent tabs (Source and Output) for managing chat input materials and agent-generated files, respectively.
The Source tab stores all reference data/files provided to the agent in this chat, which are divided into the three categories in the following table.
Source Category
Operation
Local File
Local files such as Word, Excel, CSV, PDF, and images manually uploaded within the chat
They can be referenced in the chat input box and downloaded locally.
FineBI Platform Data
Platform resources such as FineBI dashboards and analysis subjects added in the chat
They can be referenced in the chat input box.
Built-In Agent Data
Data sources pre-added to the agent when the agent is created
The Output tab displays the files generated by the agent during the chat. Common output files include:
Table: Excel data
Document: Markdown, Presentation, Word, and PDF reports
Web Page: HTML reports
Image: Images such as PNG and JPG images
Skill Package: Skill ZIP packages
Others: Files generated by the agent, for example, code files
Hover your cursor over a file card and click the corresponding operation button. The following table lists supported operations for the output files.
Reference
Reference this file in the chat input box as context for subsequent questions or modifications.
Save to Resources
Save this file to the resource library for subsequent reuse and management
Save to Console
Upload this file to the My tab under Admin Console > Skill with one click and mark it with Chat.
This function is available only for skill packages.
Share
Share this file with others to view or use. Following the same sharing rules as chats, this file can be shared within the organization or publicly.
Download Locally
Download this file to your local device.
(1) Saving a File as an Independent Copy to the Resource Library
When saving an output file to the resource library, the system saves a copy of the file. The chat file and the file in the resource library are independent of each other and do not affect one another. That is to say:
Subsequent modifications to the file in the chat will not affect the file already saved in the resource library.
Subsequent modifications to the file in the resource library will not affect the original output file in the chat.
(2) Saving the File to the Resource Library Again After File Changes
If the output file in the chat changes and is saved to the resource library again, the system provides two processing methods:
Overwrite: The existing file in the resource library will be overwritten with the new file from the current chat.
Save as: The file will be saved as a new file in the resource library.
File operations vary according to different output files.

(1) Chat files can be shared only via links, rather than as generated images.
(2) The visual style switchover function is available only to the HTML reports output by the HTML Report Generation skill.
(3) The agent will be commanded to switch visual styles. That is to say, the agent needs to regenerate the HTML report in the selected style, which will consume tokens.
(4) When Generate Image is selected as the sharing method, the image cannot be copied if the HTTP protocol is used.
