Find the percentage of the top six sales neighborhoods in terms of the sum of the top six sales, respectively, as shown below.
The top six neighborhoods in terms of sales are first filtered and then implemented by adding calculation indicator.
Use the demo data "Store sales statistics" to create the component.
1)Drag the dimension "Area2" into the horizontal axis and the indicator "Sales" into the vertical axis, and select the chart type as grouped table, as shown below.
2)Click "Area2", select drop-down > Filter, click Add Conditions in the filter settings box that pops up in the system, filter out the top six sales Area2, and click OK. As shown in the figure below.
1)Drag in the indicator field "Sales" and click on the dropdown > Quick Calculation > Share, as shown below.
2)The grouping table is shown below.
1)Add the calculation indicator, add the indicator name "Top six each Area2 as a percentage of top six Area2" for the indicator, and enter the formula as shown below.
Two functions, SUM_AGG and TOTAL, are used in this formula. For details on SUM_AGG, see SUM_AGG; for details on TOTAL, see Quick Calculation Functions.
2)Drag this calculated indicator into the indicator column of the analysis area, as shown in the following figure.
3)For this calculation indicator, select the drop-down>Value format, and follow the same procedure as in Chapter 2.2. The following figure shows.
The percentages of each of the first six Areas2 to the first six Areas2 are shown in the figure below.
