1. Overview

Syntax	DATE(year,month,day)	Returns a date that represents a specific date.
Parameter1	year	Represents the year, can be one to four digits.
Parameter2	month	Represents the month. If month is less than 12, the function takes the parameter value as the month. If month>12, the function starts in January of the year.
Parameter3	day	Represents the date. Carry logic is the same as month.
