1) The administrator created a data table "Housing Provident Fund Business Table" in the business package "Industry Data > Public Industry", which should be assigned to eoco to create a dashboard.

2) To view a dashboard, eoco not only needs the permission to view the dashboard, but also the permission to use the data in the dashboard.

3. Function introduction

FineBI provides the function of directly assigning data table permissions.

Examples from this chapter:

The administrator created a data table "Housing Provident Fund Business Table" in the business package "Industry Data > Public Industry".

The super-manager should assign the use authority of the "Housing Provident Fund Business Table" to eoco, and eoco can use this table to create a dashboard.

1. Set user classification

If the "Data Processing User"/"Data Analysis User" in "Platform User" is classified as " Unlimited Number ", you do not need to perform the operations in this section.

If the categories of "Data Processing Users" and "Data Analysis Users" in "Platform Users" are limited, you must perform the operations in this section, otherwise the dashboard cannot be created.

Log in to the data decision-making system with Super Manager, click "Manage>User", select the platform user, and add the user eoco to "BI Data Processing User"/"BI Data Analysis User", as shown in the following figure:

2. Assign data usage rights

The administrator logs in to the data decision system, clicks "Manage> Permission > General permission configuration", and selects the rights carrier "Department/Role/User". In this example, the user eoco is selected.

Select the "Data Authorization" Tab to configure the data usage permissions of the data table "Industry Data > Public Industry > Housing Provident Fund Business Table" for eoco, so that eoco can call this table to create a dashboard. As shown below:

3. Effect preview

User eoco logs in to the data decision-making system, and clicks "Dashboard" to create a new dashboard "House Fund" example.

The data in the dashboard can be obtained from the "Housing Provident Fund Business Table" with permission to use, as shown in the following figure:

The administrator created a dashboard "Air Transportation", which uses the data table "Air Transport Analysis Data".

To view the dashboard, eoco must not only have the permission to view the dashboard, but also have the permission to use the data table.

Note: If you do not set user categories, when you view the dashboard, you will be prompted "Sorry, you cannot view this page. You do not have access rights to this page. If you need access, please contact the administrator." As shown below:

2. Assign directory permissions

The administrator logs in to the data decision system, clicks "Manage > Permission > General Permission Configuration", and selects the rights carrier "Department/Role/User". In this example, the user eoco is selected.

Select the "Directory" tab to configure the directory view permissions of the dashboard "Air Transportation" for eoco, as shown in the following figure:

3. Assign data rights

Since the assigned directory needs to use some data, the administrator also needs to assign data permissions.

The administrator logs in to the data decision system, clicks Manage > Permission > General Permission Configuration, and selects the rights carrier "Department/Role/User". In this example, the user eoco is selected.

Select the "Data Authorization" Tab to configure the data usage permissions of the data table "Industry Data>Transportation Logistics>Air Transport Analysis Data" for eoco, as shown in the following figure:

4. Effect display

Users of eoco log in to the data decision system to view the "Air Transpotation" directory and the templates under the directory. As shown below:
