Multi-column sorting is to first sort column A as a whole according to condition 1, and then sort column B within the group on the premise that column A is sorted according to condition 2.
For example, in the product sales, it is necessary to sort the products according to the "Date" in ascending order, and if this sort is satisfied, the "Sales Volume" of the products sold every day within the "Date" should be sorted in descending order. Results as shown below:
1) First realize the overall sorting: set the "Date" in ascending order.
2) Realize the sorting within the group again: by arranging "Product" in descending order of "Sales Volume" to realize the descending order of "Sales Volume" of products.
Sample data: FRDemo_SALES_BASIC
1) Add a table. Before making components, you need to prepare data and upload the data to the business package. Open "Data Preparation>package" and click "Add Table>Database Table" to add a table. As shown below:
2) After uploading the "FRDemo_SALES_BASIC" table, you can view and modify the "Field Type" and "Table Name" in the table. In this example, select the default value. Click "OK" to complete the data upload. As shown below:
After the data is uploaded successfully, click "FRDemo_SALES_BASIC> Data Preview" to view the data. Click "Create Component" to edit the dashboard information where the component is located, and click "OK" to complete the component creation. As shown below:
After creating the component, jump to the component editing interface and add a group table. Select "Group Table" for the chart type, and drag the field with the analysis area into the dimension indicator column, as shown below:
