Sometimes when creating a dashboard, it is not possible to fully predict which filter conditions are required. The "composite filter component" allows users to freely add filter conditions when viewing the dashboard.

And you can use the logic of "and or" to perform complex filtering.

For example: Filter out the data where the "Access Platform" is Android and the "User Type" is a new user, as shown in the figure below:

Note: Only one "Composite Filter" component can be added to a dashboard.

2. Operation steps

2.1 Add a composite filter component

On the dashboard editing interface, click on "Filter Component" and drag "Composite Filter" into the dashboard, as shown in the figure below:

2.2 Add filter conditions

2.2.1 Select field

Click "Add Condition> Please Select Field" to select which field to filter. As shown below:

There are two ways to select fields:

• Method 1. All used fields: select from the fields used in the current dashboard. As shown below:

• Method two, business package fields: find the fields that need to be filtered from the business package, as shown in the following figure:

2.2.2 Add filter conditions

Use the fields in the "Internet area access statistics" table to add two filter conditions, and the relationship between them is "and". Filter out the data that the user type belongs to "new user" and the access platform belongs to "Andriod". As shown below:
