    FineBIFineBI

    5.1.10The "Quantity Unit" under the numerical format is adjusted to "None, Thousands, 10 Thousand, Millions, 100 Millions"

    1.2 Application

    Set the format of the numerical value of the indicator. You can modify the value to a percentage, modify the quantity unit, add a custom unit, and so on.

    Values with more than two decimal places in BI will display two digits by default. You can adjust the number of decimal places in the numeric format to set the format of the indicator value.

    1.3 Function Introduction

    For the indicator fields in the table, FineBI provides a numeric format setting function for numeric fields, which can be set to numbers or percentages, etc. The numeric fields in group tables, cross tables, and detailed tables all support this numeric format setting.

    2. Set numeric format

    2.1 Entrance

    For the numerical field in the indicator column (data column in the detailed table) of the analysis area, select "Dropdown> Numeric Format" to enter the numerical format setting interface. As shown below:

    The value contains three formats: "Auto", "Number" and "Percentage". The default is "Auto" format, as shown in the figure below:

    2.2 AUTO

    The value can be selected as "quantity unit", "unit suffix" and "thousandth separator".

    • "Quantity unit" includes none (that is, one), thousands, ten thousand, one million, and one hundred million;

    • "Unit Suffix" can manually enter the desired numerical unit;

    • "Thousandth separator" can be checked or not.

    After setting the value format, the configured format style will appear in the last line of "Sample", click "OK" to set, as shown in the figure below:

    Note: By default, "None" is selected, the unit of quantity is "one", and the "thousandth separator" is checked. Only the first two digits are displayed with decimals, and the unit suffix is blank. For data with multiple decimal places, only 2 digits are displayed by default. If you need to display all of them, you can adjust the number of decimal places according to the actual situation.

    2.3 Number

    If the numerical value format is selected as "number", the number of digits displayed after the decimal point can be set. As shown below:

    2.4 Percentage

    Compared with the automatic format, the percentage format also supports "decimal place" setting, as shown in the following figure:

    After setting the numeric format according to your own needs, click "OK" to save, and the numeric field will be displayed in the table according to the configuration example.
