The initial width of the table component is the width when each cell of the table is initially loaded. If you are not satisfied with the initial width, you can set the column width bisection or adjust it manually.

1.3 Function introduction

Group table, crosstab and schedule all support column width bisection. After column width bisection, each column has the same width according to rules and is not affected by page turning and other operations.

Equal column width calculates the column width according to the field width and column number displayed in the table. When the page size changes, it will adjust the interface adaptively.

Note 1: the operation in the dashboard preview interface will not change the original situation of the table, and refreshing the browser will restore the initial state.

Note 2: the sequence number width is fixed and does not participate in the equal division of table column width.

It can be set in three places: component editing interface, dashboard editing interface and dashboard preview interface.

3. Cancel column width bisection

After making a table component, set the column width bisection. It is found that the effect of column width bisection is not ideal. It is expected to cancel the column width bisection.

Click the "Column Width" button to restore the initial column width. As shown in the figure below:

Note: after manually adjusting the column width, the column width bisection will also be automatically cancelled.

4. Manually adjust the column width

4.1 Adjust field width

You can manually adjust the column width in the header and slide left and right to adjust the width of the column.

Move the mouse to the right or left line of the column whose width needs to be adjusted. When the mouse shape changes to style, press and hold the mouse and drag left and right to change the column width, as shown in the following figure:

4.2 Adjust frozen columns

In the "component style", you can set the "Frozen Table Dimension" to display the table in sections. The position in the middle of the two areas can be adjusted left and right as a frozen column.

For example, the frozen column position of the group table can be adjusted by dragging left and right. As shown in the figure below:

Note 1: the frozen column does not include the header.

Note 2: after adjusting the frozen column, if the column width bisection is set, the column width bisection will be cancelled and the initial width will be restored.

4.3 Difference between field adjustment and adjustment of frozen column

• Adjust fields for frozen columns

Adjust the field of the frozen column and drag it to the right, which will not affect the position of the frozen column and expand the field width of the frozen column. Dragging to the left reduces the frozen column and frozen column fields as a whole. As shown in the figure below:

• Adjust frozen columns

If you drag the frozen column to the right, the frozen column field will become wider. Dragging the frozen column to the left will not affect the field width and a scroll bar will appear. As shown in the figure below:
