For online video learning of tree filtering components, please refer to: filtering components
The tree filtering component refers to a component that displays the filtering data in a tree structure. The tree filter component can display fields with hierarchical relationships, such as the hierarchical relationship of "country-province-city". When filtering, the country, province and city can be filtered at the same time or separately, and when the number of countries, provinces and cities is large, the tree structure is also easy to find.
Before using the tree filter component to display hierarchical filter relationships, you may need to use self-circulating columns to process data into hierarchical relationship display.
FineBI's tree filter component includes three types: drop-down tree, tree label, and list tree, as shown in the following figure:
Note 1: The tree filter component only supports adding a table field. If you drag in a field from another table, the previously added field will be cleared.
Note 2: Please refer to section 2.1 of the time filter component for the description of "Set as required"
This article describes how to add a tree filter component. For example, add a tree filter component to filter the data of other components on the dashboard, and filter out the data of "China-Yunnan Province".
For tree filtering operations, please refer to the document: Filtering component operations
1) Create a new dashboard, click Add component, and select Demo data "Customer Dimension Table". as the picture shows:
2) Make a detailed list, as shown in the figure below:
3) And click to enter the dashboard, enter the dashboard edit page, click the filter component, select the required value interval filter component and drag it in, as shown in the following figure:
After dragging in the "drop-down tree" component. Bind the field and set the default value of the filter component, as shown in the following figure:
Check the value in the drop-down box of the "drop-down tree" component to filter in the detailed table, as shown in the following figure:
After dragging in the "tree label" component. Bind the field and set the default value of the filter component, as shown in the following figure:
Note: The tree label field can display up to 8 Chinese characters in width.
Check the value in the drop-down box of the "Tree Label" component to filter in the list, as shown in the following figure:
If the tree label is set to "Required" for the default value, after clearing the last specific value in "Unlimited" or "Unlimited", the data will not change, and no query will be performed after clearing.
For example, check "Set as required" and set the default value to "Yunnan Province" and "Kunming City", as shown in the figure below:
Then in the dashboard interface, clear the last specific value in "Unlimited" or "Unlimited", that is, clear "Kunming City" and then "Yunnan Province". At this time, the data will remain selected as "Yunnan Province". Will change, and no query will be performed after clearing, as shown in the figure below:
Note: The (empty) appears in the filter option because there are some other independent province-level data that are not stored in the Chinese level under the national level node.
After dragging in the "list tree" component. Bind the field and set the default value of the filter component, as shown in the following figure:
Check the value in the drop-down box of the "List Tree" component to filter in the detailed table, as shown in the figure below:
