1）Overview

Grammar	MONTH:(serial_number,format)	Returns the month in the date. A month is a number between 1 and 12.
Parameter1	serial_number	Contains the date of the requested month. In addition to text and date types, 1900 standard series numbers are supported, for example, enter "35796" as "1998-01-01".
Parameter2	Format	For example: yyyy-MM-dd

2）Matters needing attention

The MONTH(serial_number) parameter is allowed to be empty. If the parameter is empty, the value is the number of months corresponding to the current system server time.
The first default parameter is a date or text type, and the second default parameter is text.
The second parameter supports the format YYYY-MM-DD
