1）Overview

Syntax	MINUTE(serial_number,format)	Returns the number of minutes for a specified period of time. The value is an integer between 0 and 59.
Parameter1	serial_number	The time that includes the number of minutes.
Parameter2	format	For example: HH:mm:ss

2）Precautions

The MINUTE(serial_number,format) parameters are allowed to be empty, that is, MINUTE(). If the parameters are empty, the value is the number of minutes corresponding to the current system server time.
The first parameter default date or text type, the second default parameter text.
