1）Overview

Syntax	SECOND(serial_number,format)	Returns the number of seconds at a specified time, an integer between 0 and 59.
Parameter1	serial_number	The time includes the number of seconds.
Parameter2	format	For example: HH:mm:ss

2）Precautions

The SECOND(serial_number, format) parameter is allowed to be empty, that is, SECOND(). When the parameter is empty, the number of seconds corresponding to the current system server time.
The second parameter can be default.
