5.1.13
Refinement of authority assignment of "Manage > User"
5.1.15
"User" authority is divided into management authority and authorization authority
5.1.16
After assigning the "User" authorization authority of the parent department to "department/role/person", the small lock of the sub-department will be grayed out, and you cannot continue to configure the authority.
The super administrator assigns the authorization authority of "User" to "department/role/person", and the object with the authority will become a sub-administrator.
The sub-administrator can assign the management authority of "User" to subordinate members.
Example in this chapter: Assign the department/role "authorization" authority to the user "eoco", so that eoco can assign the management authority of "personnel management" to subordinate users on the "Administration System > Privilege Management" page.
Log in to the data decision-making system in Supermanager, click "Manage> Permission > Global Setting", open the "Hierarchical Authorization" button, and click "Save", as shown in the following figure:
Note: To assign the "Personnel Management" authority, the "Grade Authorization" button must be enabled.
The administrator logs in to the data decision system, clicks "Manage > Permission > General permission configuration > Quick configuration of authority", and selects the rights carrier "Department/Role/User". In this example, the user eoco is selected.
Select the "Personnel Management" Tab, and configure the "Manage" permissions of the department "Human Resources" and the role "Common Role" for eoco, as shown in the following figure:
Select the "Manage" Tab to configure the "Use" authority of the "User" module for eoco, as shown in the following figure:
The administrator logs in to the data decision system, clicks "Management System > Rights Management > General Rights Configuration", and selects the rights carrier "Department/Role/User". In this example, the user eoco is selected.
Select the "Management System" Tab to configure the "Use" permission of the "Permission Management" module for eoco, as shown in the following figure:
User eoco logs in to the data decision-making system and clicks "Manage> Permission" to grant the management rights of "Personnel Management" to authorized departments/roles. As shown below:
For BI projects of version 5.1.16 and later, after assigning the "personnel management" authorization authority of the parent department to "department/role/person", the small lock of the sub-department will be grayed out, and you cannot continue to configure the authority.
For example, after assigning the "Personnel Management" authorization authority of the parent node "Sales Department" to the department "Finance Department",
1) The administrator will not be able to cancel the "Personnel Management" authorization permission of the "Finance Department" to the subnode "Sales Department 1". The prompt "cannot be reversed, it needs to be consistent with the parent node of the parent resource".
2) The administrator will not be able to cancel the "Personnel Management" authorization permission of the sub-department "Finance Department 1" of the "Finance Department" to the subnode "Sales Department 1". The prompt "cannot be reversed, it needs to be consistent with the parent node of the parent resource".
For BI projects of version 5.1.16 and later, after assigning the authorization authority of "User" to "Department/Role/Personnel", the small lock of the sub-node will be grayed out, and you cannot continue to configure the authority.
The prompt "cannot be reversed, it needs to be consistent with the parent node of the parent resource". As shown below:
