1.2 Application scenarios
The administrator wants to view all dashboards created by users under the department/role.
The administrator wants to perform system management on the dashboards created by general users.
1.3 Feature introduction
After logging in the platform, the administrators click "Template Management" to view all dashboards created by users under the department/role, as well as the dashboards created by themselves; the administrators can filter the dashboards based on the department, role, personnel, status, and last modified date.
2. Example
2.1 Filter the dashboards
The administrator enters the decision-making system and clicks "Manage> Template Management" to search and display the dashboards according to the department, role, user, status, and last modified date, so that it is convenient to find the dashboards quickly. As shown below:
Note: The administrator can only view the templates created by the manageable users, but not edit them. Only the creator of the template can edit the template.
Department, role, and personnel: Get the departments, roles, and users that can be managed by current platform users.
Status: Refers to the three statuses of the template's application hanging out, hanging out, and unapplying hanging out.
Last modification time: refers to the last modification time of the template.
2.2 Hang out the dashboard
The templates that general users apply to hang out have the logo of applying to hang out. The administrator can perform "Quickly Hang Out"operation on the "Template Management", and the number of templates currently applied for hanging out will be displayed on the upper left of the page. As shown below:
After the template is hung out, the dashboard shows the hung out state. As shown below:
