The "Registration Management" function under the decision platform management system can view some version information of the current report project and the list of purchased functions.

"Version Information" contains the name of the application project, the version number and JAR information of the core module, the version number and JAR information of the data source module, the version number and JAR information of the platform module, the version number and JAR information of the report module, and the information of the BI module. ·       JAR Package: Represents the date the Decision Systems Engineering version was generated.

When registered, the "Registration Information" interface displays information such as the authentication method, version number, expiration time, and the number of simultaneous access template IPs. As shown below:

Note 1: For permanent registration, the expiration time is 100 years later. After the 100-year expiration, you can contact FanRuan Business to obtain a new license for free.

The function list displays all registered function points and plug-ins. As shown below:

1. Basic Module

In addition to "BI-distributed engine" and "map", the five major parts of "data preparation, BI-direct connection engine, BI-data analysis, dashboard, and BI-chart" in the basic module are all required functions. FineBI cannot be used normally .

After purchasing the license, the basic module does not limit the corresponding detailed functions. By default, the basic module has unlimited concurrency, unlimited BI-view users, and 10 BI-design users.

1) Data Preparation

The data preparation part provides support for the user's basic data processing and model establishment, including creating data connections, creating new business packages, adding data tables, processing basic tables, adding associations between tables, setting multi-path and data update, etc. The data preparation work done by business personnel for data analysis.

1. Data source support: FineBI directly supports more than 30 database types, supports Excel file datasets, and can support richer data sources such as multidimensional databases and program datasets through the FineReport designer .

2.  Business package management: FineBI manages data in the form of groups and business packages, allowing users to classify data according to different business package themes . Provides a variety of data-related information, allowing users to better understand the data they have.

3.  Add data table: FineBI provides a variety of ways to add data:

   Database table: Through the visual configuration interface, users can add the required data into the business package by simply clicking.

   SQL data set: In many cases, administrators need to do some processing of raw data, so FineBI provides SQL writing interface for users to retrieve through SQL. The SQL editing interface provides keyword highlighting prompts to make reading and writing SQL more convenient.

   Excel datasets: Excel is another frequently used data source, especially for business users who have a large number of Excel datasets in their daily work, so we also provide the function of uploading Excel datasets. When uploading an Excel data set, you can choose to re-upload the full amount or upload it additionally

4. Basic data table processing: When the administrator prepares data for analysis users, he also needs to perform certain processing on the data. Therefore, we provide basic data processing functions such as selecting fields, switching field types, self-looping columns (usually used to build automated layers for tree-level structures), and row-column conversion.

2) BI-Direct Engine

Through the direct connection engine, it can directly connect to the big data platform on the market to achieve high performance and real-time performance of massive data.

It is suitable for situations where real-time data requirements are high and database performance is good.

3) BI- distributed engine

Spider distributed engine is an MPP-like architecture independently developed by FanRuan. It adopts pre-extracted data and uses distributed engine for offline computing to support fast and flexible front-end analysis, allowing FineBI V5.0 to easily deal with massive data of more than 100 million levels with high performance. Computation and Analysis.

The distributed mode of Spider engine, combined with the idea of HADOOP big data processing, realizes high-performance analysis of large data volume with the most lightweight architecture. This distributed solution integrates big data components such as ALLUXIO, SPARK, HDFS, ZOOKEEPER, etc., combined with self- developed high-performance algorithms, columnar storage, parallel memory computing, computing localization and high-performance algorithms, to solve large data volume analysis problems and in Questions quickly displayed in FineBI . When the function is not registered

1.  The button for data update and direct connection to switch to extract data will be grayed out and unavailable , and the prompt is because there is no distributed distribution.

2. The distributed engine data extraction that has been done cannot be updated correctly in the next update, and an error is reported on the entire platform page to remind you that "distributed engine has not been purchased".

Users can delete the distributed engine extraction data table, or purchase the distributed engine function.

4) BI- Data Analysis

The basic data analysis components include filtering, grouping and summarizing, adding columns, field settings, sorting, left-right merge, top-bottom merge, row-column conversion, self-looping column, data type conversion, etc., to meet the analysis needs of users.

·       Filter: Provides filtering functions such as belongs to, contains, TOPN, provides filtering of custom formulas, and supports any combination of and or. It is convenient for users to filter out the required data.

·       Group Summary: Metrics are aggregated according to the dimension to be analyzed. FineBI provides a variety of grouping methods, such as custom grouping of text type, numerical type grouping according to interval, grouping according to step size, etc. It provides a variety of index statistics methods, such as summation, average, maximum and minimum, number of records , the number of deduplicated records , the earliest time, the latest time, the median, variance, standard deviation, contemporaneous period, ring period, etc.

·       New column: Calculate data based on rich functions and calculation formulas to generate new calculated columns. And for some commonly used but complex formulas, it provides a simple visual configuration. Such as the accumulation of all values, ranking, custom grouping, etc.

·       Field Settings: When the user processes the data and some intermediate fields need to be renamed or canceled, the field settings can help him solve this problem.

·       Sort: Provides the function of sorting within groups according to the order of field settings.

·       Left and right merge: Perform correlation analysis on multiple data tables through the function of merging left and right, and realize the effect similar to the Vlooup function of Excel.

·       Up and down Merge : splicing two tables with the same structure, such as splicing sales data in 2018 and sales data in 2017, and then performing an overall analysis of the two years of data.

5) Dashboard

A dashboard is a component panel created for visual data analysis. Any components can be added to the dashboard, including tables, charts, controls, etc. It can be displayed visually, and can also perform flexible OLAP multi-dimensional analysis operations such as drilling, linkage, rotation, dicing, slicing, and jumping.

6) BI-Graph

FineBI V5.0 adopts a new design concept, based on the famous graphic grammar (The Grammar Of Graphics) design, which provides unlimited visual analysis possibilities - unlimited chart types, unlimited attribute mapping effects and new Faceted analysis function.

FineBI V5.0 is designed for business personnel, deconstructs the process of making visual analysis, and greatly reduces the difficulty of business personnel making analysis. Get rid of the limitation of chart type for visualization, and replace it with various shapes. Shapes include: 'auto', 'column', 'point', 'thermal point', 'line', 'area', 'rectangular block', 'pie', 'text', 'fill map', ' Funnel charts', 'dashboards', complemented by colors, sizes, prompts, labels, fine-grained, can be combined into rich visualizations.

7) Map

This function supports FineBI to reflect geographic location-related attributes, indicators, etc. on the map intuitively, and supports built-in maps, custom maps, and GIS maps. It has powerful map rendering capabilities, including regional maps, point maps, heat maps, flow maps, combined maps and other rich map effects.

This function point is not authorized. When creating a new analysis component, if a map chart type is generated by dragging (drag the latitude and longitude fields to the horizontal and vertical axes), the map will not take effect, and an error message will be reported, "The map function has not been purchased".

If the function point is not authorized, the map analysis component that has been prepared can be opened without the authorization of this function, the analysis interface and preview interface, the map will not take effect, and an error will be reported to remind "the map function has not been purchased".

2. Decision-making System

1) Decision-making Platform

Relying on the data decision-making system, enterprises can build a report center, a comprehensive portal that includes appearance configuration, system operation and maintenance, system configuration, plug-in management, user management, data configuration, and user information monitoring—the decision-making platform, which supports various enterprise theme analysis. 

If this function is not registered, the platform management system can be opened, but the directories of administrators and ordinary users are empty, and the directories cannot be added normally.

2) Task Schedule

FineBI supports users to set up daily, monthly, quarterly, annual and other push tasks conveniently and quickly.

No extra work is required, after the scheduled task is set, the server will automatically complete the set task at the specified time.

It supports regular report generation, regular data conversion, regular sending of emails, text messages, and mobile client information. It can specify the report generation directory and view the report generation results in Web mode.

When this function is not registered, there is no "task schedule" module in the management system. Visiting the link http://IP:port/ webroot /decision/timer will prompt that the function is not registered.

3) Intelligent operation and maintenance

This function can intelligently detect problems and risks in the system, realize the threshold warning of memory usage, and actively use system messages, emails, and text messages to push the problem and notify the operation and maintenance personnel in time to ensure the high availability of the system.

If this function is not registered, there will be no Memory Alert, Memory Session, Template Limit, Resource Migration, and Intelligent Detection in memory management under intelligent operation and maintenance.

4) SMS Platform

Integrate the SMS function of the operator to realize the SMS platform within the decision-making platform.

This function can be seamlessly connected to the SMS notification scenarios of the FanRuan report management system and report templates, such as scheduled task failure notification, intelligent early warning notification, user identity verification when changing passwords, and other system message notifications, etc.

You cannot use the SMS platform without registering this function.

5) Multi-level reporting of data

The multi-level reporting function supports multiple reporting process styles, and supports task reminder methods such as email reminders and system reminders.

When not registered, the multi-level reporting label cannot be added to the directory management.

6) Group access control

Through the group permission control function, multiple departments can share the system, each department has its own administrator, and assign permissions to its employees, that is, multi-level administrators are assigned layer by layer, and hierarchical administrators can only manage their own responsibilities. Purpose of template permission assignment.

Supports multiple levels of assignment of database connection rights, report design rights, and report viewing and management rights.

When not registered, group access control cannot be used. Group authority control also requires decision-making platform function points.

7) Template Authentication

Integrate with other information systems through data set authentication, LDAP and other authentication methods, and implement permission control for report pages.

Template authentication in the platform cannot be used when the feature is not registered.

3. Mobile terminal

mobile terminal is divided into App, HTML5 terminal, HTML5 integration (WeChat, Dingding, third-party App integration) to access the single template/report directory.

Depending on the usage scenario, different function points need to be registered, as shown in the following table:

1) Mobile Decision Platform

The native App application (App name: data analysis) developed by FanRuan supports iOS and Android systems, and has the characteristics of comfortable experience and chart gesture operation. Support binding mobile devices to ensure user information security.

If this function is not registered, you cannot use the App to access the decision-making platform. Although you can log in, you cannot see the report. At the same time, there is no mobile platform node under the management system in the platform.

2) Mobile BI Display

FineBI V5.0 mobile terminal technology adopts native rendering technology, which is specially optimized for mobile processor acceleration. Compared with traditional HTML reports, the rendering speed and the smoothness of interactive operations have been greatly improved.

The amount of data transmitted to view reports is only 1/10~1/5 of traditional HTML reports. Even if you use a 3G network, you can quickly open your dashboard for smooth interactive operations.

Through the mobile dashboard display function, users can display the dashboard content from the PC to the mobile device. At the same time, there are mobile-specific effects such as self-adaptation and gesture operation, and the mobile dashboard zooming, drilling, linkage and other functions are realized.

3) Mobile report presentation

4. FR Chart

1) Static Chart

Supports a variety of self- developed static chart implementations, supports generating corresponding charts based on report data, and can configure the title and style of the chart.

The chart presentation function is not supported when this function is not registered.

2) Extended Chart

The "Extended Chart" plugin needs to be installed in advance. After installing the plugin, you can choose to extend the class chart when creating a new chart type.

The extended chart types that have been released so far include:

·       Globe: 3D cylindrical earth, 3D point earth, 3D flow earth

·       Map: Carousel Gis point map, carousel 3D combined map

·       Gauge: carousel luminous dashboard, water polo map, pixel map

·       KPI card: carousel kpi indicator card, particle counter

·       Time: Time Gear

·       Column: arc column chart, special graphic column chart

·       Others: Carousel Directory Gear, Wisdom Tree Diagram

The "Extended Chart" plugin installed without registration cannot be used.

3) Advanced Chart Interaction

Including chart linkage (click data in the chart, other charts or cell data change), Monitor Refresh (when the data in the database changes, the chart corresponds to real-time dynamic changes and prompts the changed content) and Animation (flicker to display some important graphics).

If this function is not registered, the direct association between the chart and the report cannot be used, and there is no linkage effect. No dynamic changes according to data, no flickering animation.

4) H5 Dynamic Chart

FineReport uses HTML5 canvas and svg to generate dynamic charts on the browser side, which has good and rich dynamic and interactive effects.

Register this function, and the chart can be dynamically displayed using canvas and svg , including dynamic display effects, series of interactive actions, coordinate axis prompts, selected highlighting, and coordinate axis scaling.

When this function is not registered, the chart cannot be dynamically displayed with canvas. No dynamic display effects, no series of interactive actions, no coordinate axis prompts, no selection highlighting, and no coordinate axis scaling.

And if the function point is not registered, the "Advanced Chart Interaction" function point cannot be used.

5. FR report

1) Multi-report operating environment

Design reports can be switched between multiple report running environments.

Multiple reporting environments, also known as multiple working directories. Each reporting stand-alone application or integrated environment is a working directory. Each working directory has corresponding jar files, report template files, resource management files, etc.

After the user installs FineReport on his computer, the webroot folder in the local installation directory is used as an independent local working directory.

Especially if there are multiple environments such as test environment and production environment, FineReport 's convenient switching of multiple working directories can provide designers with great convenience.

2) Remote Design

three-tier structure is used to enable the designer to create and modify report templates on the remote service.

That is, users can design remote publishing templates locally through the remote design mode, and edit and change the server-side report file directly.

If the function is not registered, the direct connection fails, and a prompt to purchase: Your current lic does not support the remote design function, please upgrade your lic .

3) Dashboard 

Quickly create component-based reports through a simple and flexible drag-and-drop operation method, which is more beautiful than traditional grid reports, can adapt to the size and resolution of the screen, intelligently arrange the component layout, and has better interaction effects, which is very suitable for building a decision-making cockpit.

Decision reports cannot be used without registering this feature.

4) Aggregation Report

Place report elements in the form of artboards, and edit and combine any report elements.

For some very complex large reports, that is, the data has multiple shards, and involves many, many statistics and indicators, it is difficult to make them in the conventional way, but it is very simple to use the aggregated report function.

Aggregated reports cannot be opened, created, or previewed when this feature is not registered.

5) Data entry

Data in a report form can be entered into different tables in the same database or into different databases. That is, data can be filled into multiple tables in one database, or multiple tables in different databases.

The preview cannot be filled in if the function is not registered.

6) Data Analysis

In order to achieve in-depth analysis, FineReport provides the function of re-analysis of the current page data, and uses the report access address to add the op=view parameter to avoid the consumption caused by repeated data connection.

Note: The collapsed tree needs to be displayed in the preview mode of data analysis.

When this function is not registered, the report cannot be previewed in data analysis mode.

7) Parameter query interface

FineReport provides a special parameter interface to place the controls related to the query. Users can flexibly layout and visually drag and drop the desired interface effect.

Layout parameter query pages by dragging and dropping parameters, supporting text, numbers, calendars, drop-down boxes, drop-down checkboxes, drop-down trees, drop-down multi-selection trees, single/checkbox groups, password boxes, web pages, lists, table trees , more than 20 kinds of editors such as multi-file upload, report parameter page and report content are combined into one.

At the same time, the user can perform simple property settings on the parameter interface. The properties that can be set include: whether to display the parameter interface, display the report content before clicking the query, the background setting of the parameter panel, and the display position of the parameter interface, etc.

If this function is not registered, the parameter interface will not be displayed when previewing, and the summary result of the displayed report will be wrong (not displayed).

8) Multi-sheet report design

Support to create multi-Sheet reports in the designer , import and export multi-Sheet Excel files.

If this function is not registered, the multi-sheet report will not be able to calculate the preview, fill in the report, and analyze the preview normally.

9) Multiple data source association

The same report can fetch data from multiple databases or multiple data tables; and in the report, it is allowed to perform associated operations on multiple data sets.

When this function is not registered, the data column-filtering-normal-filtering association cannot be a data column. After using a data column, the data of another data set will be lost.

10) Enhanced Analysis Statistics Module

Supports custom grouping (including conditional grouping and formula grouping), as well as hierarchical coordinate formulas (including year-on-year, chain-comparison, ranking, proportion, and accumulation, etc.)

If this function is not registered, it will cause an error in the hierarchical coordinates with custom grouping. An error message is displayed, an unregistered function is used.

11) Excel Import

Supports importing data from Excel into the database using the toolbar button or batch import function without preview on the browser side.

In the end, most of the business personnel can use the office proficiently, and they often encounter that the data has been saved in the Excel file in the same format when filling in the report.

Therefore, when filling in the report, the data that has been stored in Excel can be directly imported to the current page by online import, using the toolbar button or the batch import function without preview, and submitted to the library, saving the workload of re-entering data.

When this function is not registered, the "Custom Import Excel Rows and Columns" in the toolbar cannot take effect. When using batch import, it prompts that there is no permission.

12) Print Export

Accurately and clearly realize all kinds of printing, can realize zero-client printing, and can also realize many other advanced functions such as silent printing through the client.

Template export supports various formats such as pdf, excel, word, picture, etc.

Not registered, this function does not support using the print export in the toolbar, prompting to upgrade lic .

13) AlphaFine

Provides many conveniences for report writers when developing reports through artificial intelligence. Currently includes AlphaFine intelligent search engine and AlphaFine template intelligent detection.

The former can obtain all the resources currently available to FanRuan when making reports, and guide developers to quickly make reports; the latter can obtain the corresponding solutions as soon as there is an error in making reports.
