Aggregate buble chart

1. Overview

1.1 Application scenarios

Aggregate bubble chart, which display bubbles in the form of mechanical chart. It can be used to observe the distribution of data and map the data to the size of the bubble.

The display effect of the aggregate bubble chart is shown in the figure below. According to the figure below, users can visually observe that the amount of "Milk, Orange Juice, Dried Beef" is the largest.

1.2 Basic requirements

Basic requirements for aggregate bubble chart:

1.3 Chart features

Advantages: It is suitable for processing value distribution and clustering of data points.

Disadvantages: It is not suitable for viewing specific values and only suitable for viewing data distribution.

2.1 Create components

1) Click "Dashboard" Tab, select "New Dashboard", click "OK". As shown below:

2) Click "Add component", choose "FRDemo_Sales_Volume" table, click "OK". As shown below:

3) Drag the field "Product" under dimensions area into the horizontal axis, and the field "Sales_Volume" under the indicator into the vertical axis.

4) Select Aggregate Bubble Chart in chart type to create it successfully.

5) Drag the dimension field "Product" into the color bar to display data points of different classifications in different colors:

2.2 Component style settings

2.2.1 Set legend

Select component style and click to cancel displaying "legend". As shown below:

2.2.2 Setting Comments

1) Click the "Sales_Volume" field in size bar of Graphic Properties, select special display in the drop-down list and select "Comments". As shown below:

2) Click Add Condition (and), select the "Largest N" Sales_Volume, fill in 3 in "N=" and select the "Product" field in the + button on the right:
