Pie chart

    1.2 Application scenarios

    The pie chart is used to display the size of each value relative to the total value. The pie chart in FineBI can display the proportion of the total value according to the radius, angle, etc.

    For example, use the angle to display the proportion of data, as shown in the following figure:

    2. Steps

    2.1 New dashboard

    2.2 Add component

    1) Create a new dashboard and select "Add component", as shown in the figure below:

    2) Add data to the component. Select "ORDERS" in "Package", as shown below:

    2.3 Make pie chart

    After selecting "Pie Chart" as the chart type, drag in a dimension in the designated area to create a pie chart with one indicator.

    For example, show the "AMOUNT" pie chart under different "SHIPMETHOD". As shown below:

    2.4 Beautify component

    In addition to the above color and angle, the area chart also supports the settings of radius, tag, prompt, fine-grained, component style, etc. For details, please refer to: Chart attributes.

    For example, you want to show the percentage of total time spent on each platform.

    1) First drag "SHIPMETHOD" and "AMOUNT" into the "tag" to display them in the chart, and set the "Outer" tag, as shown in the following figure:

    2) Pull down the "AMOUNT" field and set "Quick Calculation>current indicator percentage" to complete the display of the percentage of each part of the pie chart. As shown below:

    3) Cancel the "display" legend in the component style, and click to set the title. As shown below:

    4) At this time, the gragh is a circular graph, you can click the "size" under "Graph Properties" to change the circular graph into a pie chart, and adjust the graph size. As shown below:

    5) Click the "color" to change the color and complete the beautification of the component. As shown below:

    3. Preview effect

    3.1 PC

    Enter the dashboard interface to view the effect, see section 1 of this article for details of the effect.

    3.2 Mobile

    The mobile terminal H5 and APP effects are shown in the figure below:

    4. Multiple dimensions/indicators

    The horizontal and vertical axis supports drag-in of multiple fields for multi-dimensional and multi-index display. For example, follow the "SIGNDATE" to view the changes in amount of different time, and drag the "SIGNDATE" field into the horizontal axis.

    The effect of dragging in the horizontal axis is shown in the figure below:

    5. Index

    In addition to the above introduction, the pie chart can also be set to graphic properties, styles, chart sorting, grouping, filtering, setting axis, summary mode, quick calculation, etc., to create a complex chart. For details, please see the documents below.
