2. Application scenarios

• When users want to customize the settings and manage      the homepage of the PC or mobile terminal, they can set it in "Manage      Homepage".

• The user needs to clear the set home page content.

3. Function introduction

Home page refers to the link to the home page after the user logs in to the data decision system. The home page can be set separately for PC, mobile phone and tablet.

The home page of the PC side is shown in the figure below. How to make different people log in to BI to see different home pages can refer to the scenario document: Different users log in to display different home pages

Note: Mobile phones and tablets do not have a home page by default, and users need to set them up.

You can customize the home page name.

The type of home page can be selected from BI template, template, platform directory, link.

The home page can be set separately for PC, mobile and tablet.

Note 1: The setting method of the mobile terminal is the same as that of the PC terminal. This article takes the PC terminal as an example to explain.

Note 2: The "default home page" of the data decision system can be seen by users in all departments by default. For permission configuration, please refer to: Assign permissions according to department positions

administrator enters the data decision system and clicks "Manage > Directory > Default Homepage", as shown in the following figure:

1. Set the home page name

1) PC side:

You can customize the home page name. As shown below:

2) Mobile terminal:

When the App version and HTML5 mobile terminal display plug-in version meet the version requirements of Section 1.1 of this article, the mobile terminal supports custom homepage title.

The home page title display rules are shown in the following table:

enter FanRuan in the default homepage "Name" , select the link for the homepage type , and the mobile phone link is /webroot/Demo.html , click Save , and the App homepage effect is as shown below:

2. The home page type is BI template

The template created in the dashboard is a BI template, and the home page type can be selected as a BI template. As shown below:

3. The home page type is template

"Template" is the installation path % FineBI_HOME %\webapps\ webroot \WEB-INF\ reportlets The template under the folder is the FineReport template.

"Template" can be selected for the home page type, as shown in the following figure:

4. The home page type is platform directory

When the home page type is selected as the platform directory , you can select the template under the platform directory, as shown in the following figure:

5. Homepage type is link

1) Links to external URLs

When the home page type is selected as link , directly enter the web page address in the text box behind the PC, such as http://www.finebi.com , and click Save . As shown below:

Note: "http://" must be added to the address.

2) Links are relative paths

If the home page is an HTML page, picture, or animation, you can save the file to the % FineBI_HOME %\webapps\ webroot folder, and use a relative path for the link. The example link path is: / webroot /1.png , / webroot /1.gif , /webroot/text.html  In this section, the home page is an HTML page as an example for description.

•  If the home page is an independent HTML page, you can copy the HTML file to the % FineBI_HOME %\webapps\ webroot directory, as shown in the following figure:

• Manage > Directory > Default Homepage,and click Homepage Type, Select Link , the PC-side path is set to /webroot/text.html , and click Save . As shown below:

Note: The size of pictures and animations can be adjusted according to different computer resolutions.

6. Restore the initial default home page

Manage > Directory > Default Homepage,and click Homepage Type, Select Link , set the PC-side path to / webroot /Demo.html , and click Save . As shown below:

Customizing the home page means adding a new home page label, assigning the home page to different users, and then adjusting the priority of the home page so that the custom home page is above the default home page, then the user sees when logging in to the system. The home page is not the default home page, but a custom home page.

1) The administrator logs in to the data decision system, and clicks Manage> Directory > Manage Homepage , as shown in the following figure:

2) Click Add Homepage to set the homepage type and template. For the setting method, please refer to Chapter 2 of this article. As shown below:

the home page type is BI template , template , and platform directory , the JAR of 2020-08-04 and later can clear the set default home page and custom home page.

Take clearing the default homepage content as an example, as shown in the following figure:

Note: The "Clear" button is only displayed when the drop-down box has content.

Administrators can assign permissions to departments, roles, and users to "Default Home Page" and "Custom Home Page". For permission assignment, please refer to Permission Management

Take the assignment of home page permissions to users as an example, as follows:

1) Click Manage > Permission> User final authority , select Anna , and assign Anna the viewing permission of the custom home page, as shown in the following figure:
