FineBI interface introduction

1.2 Feature introduction

FineBI is a product with a pure B/S architecture. It is a browser and server structure. After the server is installed, the client only needs a browser to start using the product. After entering the BI main interface, you can see the four major categories of "Directory", "Dashboard", "Data Preparation" and "Manage" on the left side of the interface, with "Message" and "Account Setting" on the top. As shown below:

The "Directory" interface is mainly divided into a directory area and a preview area, as shown in the following figure:

The icons above the dashboard directory are shown in the table below:

	Directory button, click this button, you can view the dashboard that has been mounted to the directory
	Favorites button, click this button to view the previously favorited dashboard
	View the share button, click the button, you can view the dashboard shared by others to this account
	Search button, click the button, you can search the dashboard by keywords Searching dashboard supports displaying the storage location of the dashboard, and a dashboard exists in the directory and shared with me at the same time, and the location will be displayed separately
	Fixed button, this button can fix the dashboard directory bar, click to hide the directory bar
	Click on the three buttons that appear: "Full Screen" to display the dashboard in full screen; "Close All" to close all open dashboards; "Close Other Tabs" to close all dashboards except the current dashboard

The "Dashboard" is used for front-end analysis and allows salespersons to create visual charts for data analysis. For details, please refer to Dashboard. The interface is shown in the figure below:

In the dashboard interface, you can add components for visual analysis.

Data preparation is the place where the administrator obtains data from the database to the system and prepares the data, and the salesperson performs data reprocessing. It can manage business packages, data tables, associations, multi-paths, data updates, and self-service datasets. For details, please refer to Data Preparation. The interface is shown in the figure below:

Note: The following data preparation interface corresponds to the version of FineBI 5.1 after 2020.01.15.

The manage is the place where the administrator manages the decision making. It supports the management configuration of directory, user, appearance, permission, etc. For details, please refer to the Manage. The interface is shown in the figure below:

The message reminder will remind the user of the message notified by the system, as shown in the following figure:

1）You can reset the password of the account and log out of the current account under the current account, as shown in the figure below:

2）Click on the account setting, the system will pop up the account setting page, in this interface you can modify the name, password and bind the mobile phone mailbox. As shown below:
