Template Authentication

1. Application Scenario

To access the current system, you need to tell the system what permissions the user has and what content they can see. FineBI also has this function.

Integrating the FineBI template into the user system is to use the direct full path of the template preview as the link address of the user system node, then viewing the template in the user system is equivalent to previewing the template directly, so the template permission control can also be considered as a direct preview of the template permission control.

2. Function introduction

When users need to integrate FineBI into their existing systems, when they log in to the system to view the FineBI dashboard, the default is to require user name and password authentication to view.

In addition, FineBI also provides role authorization authentication and digital signature authentication to control the templates that the user can view. The user can choose which authorization control mode to use according to the actual situation.

1. Login Data Decision System

The administrator logs in to the data decision system, clicks "Manage > Template Authentication",

Template authentication is not enabled by default, that is, all current templates can be viewed by anyone, as shown in the following figure:

2. Enable template authentication

Click the "Permission Configuration" button in the upper left corner to enable template authentication, and configure the templates and authentication methods that need to be authenticated, as shown in the following figure:

1) Select the template to be certified

Click the "Select" button to set the template that needs to be authenticated. As shown below:

By default, all templates need to be authenticated. After locking, it means that the template does not need to be authenticated.

Note 1: Different from the directory authority office, the BI templates of each person in the template certification office are not displayed in a hierarchical structure, but are directly juxtaposed.

Note2: reportlets under the project WEN-INF/ reportlets folder , otherwise the template tree will not be loaded.

2) Select the authentication method

The administrator can choose the authentication method by himself. The setting process of the three authentication methods is as follows:

1) Only authenticate user password

2) Role authorization authentication

3) Digital Signature Authentication
