Batch import filter conditions

    1.1 Application scenarios

    If users need to have multiple filter conditions in the text component, it is very troublesome to manually select one by one. FineBI supports batch import filter conditions in the text component to help users quickly filter.

    1.2 Function introduction

    Copy the filter value to be filtered from Excel directly to the text filter component, and click the space to complete the filter.

    • Note: The advanced matching function does not support the use of IE browser.

    • Note: The filter conditions should not exceed 1500, that is, the number of Excel rows should not exceed 1500.

    2. Example

    There is a finished dashboard as shown in the figure below. The text drop-down filter component filters the "Customer Name" field.

    Now you need to filter out the following customers and check their contract amounts. There are a large number of customers in the original table, and it is troublesome to find them all, so how to import them into the filter component in batches?

    1) Select these cells in Excel and copy them, as shown in the figure below:

    2) Paste into the text filter component, and click the space bar, as shown in the figure below:

    In this way, the filtering is completed.
