When the amount of data is very large, various operations in the editing state will frequently calculate and load the data. In order to keep the components smooth enough, FineBI does not check "View all data" by default in the component editing state, and only uses the first 10,000 data in the table for calculation and display. The dashboard previews the calculation results of all data. Therefore, it may cause the calculation result to be inconsistent with the actual situation.

If the user's data volume is relatively small and want to view the calculation results of all data in the editing state, you can check "View all data", as shown in the following figure:

In summary, the rules for data volume display are as follows:

Schedule is not restricted by the check box for viewing all data. By default, the editing and previewing states only display 1000 pieces of data, and the amount of data needs to be adjusted in the total number of rows in the format;

Note: When real-time data uses all data to calculate and display, if the amount of data is large, it may be affected by the performance of the corresponding directly connected database. The processing speed of the database will directly affect the query processing speed of the real-time data.
