There are different production lines in the manufacturing industry, and there are different workshops in the production line, and each workshop produces products of different quality levels. When it is necessary to count products of different quality levels according to the classification of production lines and workshops under the production line, and to judge the production status of different production lines and workshops, it can be realized through multiple series of percentage stacked column charts, as shown in the following figure:
There are five fields, the field description is as follows:
Exchange the fields on the horizontal and vertical axis of the column chart, and turn on stacking.
Sample data download:
218.Data used for mapping.xls
Download the sample data and add the Excel dataset, as shown in the figure below:
Use the Excel dataset "Data used for mapping" to create components, add calculation indicators, and use formulas SUM_AGG and TOTAL functions. As shown in the following figure:
SUM_AGG (Index Value) indicates that according to the dimension field, the summary sum of the index value is returned; TOTAL(SUM_AGG(Index Value),1,"sum") indicates that the index value is summarized and summed within the group according to the dimension field.
1) Drag the "ENO2" and " ChamberNumber" fields (production line and workshop) into the horizontal axis, and drag the " calculation indicator" field into the vertical axis, and select the Partitioned Column Chart under the chart type. Set the numeric format of "calculation indicator" as percentage, as shown in the figure below:
2) Exchange fields for horizontal and vertical axis
Touch the bar between the horizontal and vertical axis, click to swap the horizontal and vertical axis, as shown in the figure below:
3) Turn on stacking
Click "caculation indicator", "Drop-down>Turn on stacking". As shown below:
4) Drag the left "level" field into the color bar, as shown in the figure below:
At this time, each workshop displays the index value according to the quality level, and the colors displayed for different levels are different.
5) Add tags
Drag the calculation indicator into the tag bar, and you can visually see the quality level distribution of the products produced by each production line, as shown in the following figure:
As shown below:
Use data "Data used for mapping" of option one.
1) Select fields
Add a self-service dataset, select all fields, as shown in the figure below:
2) Select "Group Summary", as shown in the figure below:
3) Sum within the group, and find the sum of the index value under each line. As shown below:
4) Add a new column to find the proportion of the index in the group, as shown in the figure below:
1) Drag fields in, select the Partitioned Column Chart, and set the numeric format of "Proportion" to percentage, as shown in the figure below:
2) Exchange fields for horizontal and vertical axis, and select "Turn on stacking". As shown below:
3) Drag the field "Level" into the color bar, and drag the "Proportion" into the tag bar, as shown in the figure below:
