2. Function introduction

"Platform Theme" refers to the entire style of the platform, including not only the style, but also the interaction style.

The administrator logs in to the data decision system, clicks "Manage > Appearance > Platform Theme", two themes of "Classic" and "Modern" are built-in, and the administrator can switch the platform theme under this interface. As shown below:

Note 1: FineBI 5.1 supports adding more types of platform themes by installing the " Theme Plugin ".

Note 2: After switching the platform theme, you need to refresh the platform (browser) to display the new theme.

FineBI uses the "Classic" theme style by default.

The platform directory/subdirectory/template is displayed in a tree structure. Click the template in the tree structure, and the template will form a Tab page on this page, as shown in the following figure:

Different versions of JAR packages have different levels of support for flat themes.

For BI projects whose JAR package version is 5.1.12 and later, after selecting the flat theme, you can click "Edit" to switch the directory style. After saving, refresh the page to take effect. As shown below:

1. Display by hierarchy

1) When the user logs in to the data decision system, the "Homepage" is displayed by default.

If "Homepage" is not set, the first directory node under the directory tree will be displayed by default.

If the first sheet in the root directory is a template and is not a directory node, it will not be selected, and a blank will be displayed on the right side.

2) Templates under "Favorite" are arranged in reverse order according to the order of favorites.

3) If there is a sub-node under the directory node, there is a triangle sign in front of the node, click the node to expand the sub-directory tree.

4) If there is no sub-node under the directory node, there is no triangle sign before the node, and there is no sub-directory tree under the node.

5) If there is a template in the root directory, it will be directly displayed in the directory tree, click to view the template.

6) Select the directory node in the directory tree, and the right panel displays the templates under the node.

7) If there is no template under the directory node, the right panel will be empty, as shown in the following figure:

2. Merge sub-level display

1) When the user logs in to the data decision system, the "Home" is displayed by default.

If "Home" is not set, the first directory node under the directory tree will be displayed by default.

If the first sheet in the root directory is a template and is not a directory node, it will not be selected, and a blank will be displayed on the right side.

2) Templates under "Favorites" are arranged in reverse order according to the order of favorites.

3) If there is a template in the root directory, it will be directly displayed in the directory tree, click to view the template.

4) Only the nodes under the root directory are displayed in the directory tree, select a directory in the directory tree:

• The right side of the interface displays the name of the secondary directory and the templates it contains.

• Templates in the third-level and lower directories are merged into the second-level directory folder for display.

5) If there is no template under the directory node, the right panel will be empty, as shown in the following figure:

3. Template preview

1) When the template is opened, the title bar and the directory list are hidden. Click the icon in the upper left corner to return to the directory interface, as shown in the following figure:

2) After returning to the directory interface, the opened template will not be closed. Click the icon in the lower right corner to switch back to the previously opened template, as shown in the following figure:
