    Supported the control of permission configuration by Resource Permission Control and changed the configuration steps.

    Application Scenario

    You (the super admin) can assign Authorization permission on scheduled tasks to a user to make the user a sub-admin.

    The sub-admin can assign Management permission on scheduled tasks to subordinate members to allow the member to view and edit the scheduled tasks.

    Prerequisite

    If you have enabled User Restriction, you need to select users to whom you want to assign permission as Data Development User. For details, see Platform User.

    Assigning Authorization Permission on All Scheduled Tasks

    This section uses the following scenario as an example: Assign Authorization permission on Scheduled Task to user eoco and allow eoco to assign Use permission on all scheduled tasks to the Human Resources department.

    Enabling Hierarchical Permission Management

    Log in to FineDataLink as the super admin, choose System Management > Permission Management, click the xx1.png icon to enter Global Setting, and enable Hierarchical Permission Management, as shown in the following figure.

    Assigning Authorization Permission on Scheduled Task

    Log in to FineDataLink as the super admin, choose System Management > Permission Management > Authorization Configuration, and select the department/position/role that you want to assign permission to.

    In this example, select eoco in User List, click Data Platform, and assign Authorization permission on Scheduled Task to eoco, as shown in the following figure.

    Assigning Authorization Permission in Personnel Management

    Log in to FineDataLink as the super admin, choose System Management > Permission Management > Authorization Configuration, and select the department/position/role that you want to assign permission to.

    In this example, select eoco from User List, click Personnel Management, and assign Authorization permission on the Human Resources department to eoco so that eoco can assign Authorization permission to this department, as shown in the following figure.

    Configuring Use Permission in System Management

    Log in to FineDataLink as the super admin, choose System Management > Permission Management > Common Permission Configuration, and select the department/position/role that you want to assign permission to.

    In this example, select eoco from User List. Click System Management and assign Use permission on Permission Management to eoco, as shown in the following figure.

    Effect Display

    Log in to FineDataLink using the account of eoco and choose System Management > Permission Management > Common Permission Configuration. You can assign Use permission on Scheduled Task in Data Platform to the Human Resources department so that users in this department can use and manage all scheduled tasks, as shown in the following figure.

    Assigning Authorization Permission on Specified Scheduled Tasks

    This section uses the following scenario as an example: Assign Authorization permission on specified scheduled tasks to eoco and allow eoco to assign Use permission on these scheduled tasks to the Human Resources department.

    Enabling Hierarchical Permission Management and Selecting Scheduled Task in Resource Permission Control

    Log in to FineDataLink as the super admin, choose System Management > Permission Management, click the xx1.png icon to enter Global Setting, enable Hierarchical Permission Management and select Scheduled Task in Resource Permission Control, as shown in the following figure.

    Log in to FineDataLink as the super admin, choose System Management > Permission Management > Authorization Configuration, and select the department/position/role that you want to assign permission to.

    In this example, select eoco from User List, and assign Authorization permission on Scheduled Task on the Data Platform tab page and on Demo on the Scheduled Task tab page, as shown in the following figure.

    Once Authorization permission is assigned on a folder, all tasks in it will automatically inherit the permission configuration, and the inheritance cannot be modified.

    Assigning Authorization Permission in Personnel Management

    Log in to FineDataLink as the super admin, choose System Management > Permission Management > Authorization Configuration, and select the department/position/role that you want to assign permission to.

    In this example, select eoco from User List, click Personnel Management, and assign Authorization permission on the Human Resources department to eoco so that eoco can assign Authorization permission to this department, as shown in the following figure.

    Log in to FineDataLink as the super admin, choose System Management > Permission Management > Common Permission Configuration, and select the department/position/role that you want to assign permission to.

    In this example, select eoco from User List. Click System Management and assign Use permission on Permission Management to eoco, as shown in the following figure.

    Effect Display

    Log in to FineDataLink using the account of eoco, choose System Management > Permission Management > Common Permission Configuration, and you can assign Management permission on all scheduled tasks in DEMO to the Human Resources department, as shown in the following figure.
