You (the super admin) can assign Management permission on departments/roles/users, and those assigned permission will become sub-admins.
Sub-admins can add/delete/modify certain departments.
Sub-admins can delete/modify certain roles.
Sub-admins can assign certain roles and departments to some users.
This section uses the following scenario as an example: Assign Management permission to the sales director of the sales department so that the director can manage department employees under System Management > User Management.
Log in to FineDataLink as the super admin, choose System Management > Permission Management, click the icon to enter Global Setting, enable Hierarchical Permission Management, and click Save, as shown in the following figure.
Log in to FineDataLink as the super admin, choose System Management > Permission Management > Common Permission Configuration, and select departments/roles/users to be assigned permission to.
In this example, select Sales director in Sales Dept. On the Personnel Management tab page, assign Management permission on Sales Dept. to Sales director, as shown in the following figure.

User Management

If you assign only permission on the subordinate modules of User Management to sub-admins, they will find no User Management module in System Management after logging in to FineDataLink, nor can they perform any operations related to User Management.
Add Role
If you assign Use permission on User Management but not on Add Role to sub-admins, they cannot add roles.
Add Department
If you assign Use permission on User Management but not on Add Department to sub-admins, they cannot add departments.
Edit User
If you assign Use permission on User Management but not on Edit User to sub-admins, they will find no Edit User button under System Management > User Management > All Users after logging in to FineDataLink, nor can they edit user information even if they have permission on Reset User Password, Edit Basic User Info (Name/Mobile Number/Email Address), and Edit User's Department/Position/Role.
Reset User Password
The permission on Reset User Password determines if sub-admins can reset user password in the Edit User window, which pops up after you click under System Management > User Management > All Users.
Edit Basic User Info
The permission on Edit Basic User Info (Name/Mobile Number/Email Address) determines if sub-admins can modify the username, mobile number, and mailbox in the Edit User window, which pops up after you click under System Management > User Management > All Users.
Edit User's Department/Position/Role
The permission on Edit User's Department/Position/Role determines if sub-admins can configure the department/position/role settings in the following three different areas of the system.
1. The Edit User window that pops up after you click under System Management > User Management > All Users
2. The Edit Department and Edit Position windows that pop up after you click under System Management > User Management > Department
3. The Edit Role window that pops up after you click under System Management > User Management > Role
Delete User
The permission on Delete User determines if sub-admins can delete a user or clear the user list under System Management > User Management > All Users.
Delete Role
The permission on Delete Role determines if sub-admins can delete a role under System Management > User Management > Role.
Disable User
The permission on Disable User determines if sub-admins can disable a user under System Management > User Management > All Users.
If Lisa, the sales director, is a Data Development User, after she (username/password: Lisa/1) logs in to FineDataLink and chooses System Management > User Management, she can manage users/departments/users within the scope of permission, as shown in the following figure.
If Lisa is a Platform User, after she logs in to FineDataLink and chooses User Management, she can manage users/departments/users within the scope of permission, as shown in the following figure.
You (the sub-admin) can manage the following users, departments, and roles in User Management:
Users in departments or with roles within your purview, and users you add who are not assigned to departments or roles beyond your purview by the super admin
Departments within your purview and their subordinate departments and positions
Roles within your purview, including self-created roles on which your Use permission is not revoked by the super admin
If you have been assigned Use permission on User Management and all of its subordinate modules, you (the sub-admin) can perform the following operations in User Management.
Note:
You cannot access Global Setting in User Management.
You can add and import users manually, but cannot synchronize users. When adding a user, you can assign a non-synchronized department/role within your purview or a role you add to the user.
You can edit information of users within your purview, and disable and delete them, as shown in the following table.

You can add non-synchronized roles and delete/modify non-synchronized roles within your purview.
For roles within your purview, including non-synchronized roles and self-created roles on which your Use permission is not revoked by the super admin, you can assign these roles to users, revoke these roles from users, and edit user roles.
You cannot enable/disable User Restriction in User Type.
If User Restriction is disabled, you cannot perform any operations.
If User Restriction is enabled, you can configure the user type for users within your purview, but not for the super admin and yourself.
