    Function Overview

    The Task Management page displays the number of scheduled tasks, task scheduling status, and the execution status of scheduling plans. You can set Result Notification, Fault Tolerance Mechanism, and Task Attribute in batches, as shown in the following figure.

    Task Management Overview

    Choose O&M Center > Scheduled Task > Task Management, select a specific task or folder to view the number of scheduled tasks under that folder displayed as Published, To Be Published or To Be Updated, as shown in the following figure.

    Click the QQ20250529-155537.png icon to publish tasks to change them from Development Mode to Production Mode, as shown in the following figure.

    Click the 2.1xxx.png icon to configure the scheduling plan of the task as timed scheduling or event-based scheduling, as shown in the following figure.

    Click the task name to jump to the development page of the scheduled task, as shown in the following figure.

    FineDataLink of V4.2.5.4 and later versions allows you to jump to the development page upon clicking the 1690857275336213.png icon, as shown in the following figure.

    Click  View Relation to view the hierarchical invocation relationship between parent and child tasks and the scheduling dependency between tasks, as shown in the following figure.

    Click  Delete Task to delete a scheduled task, as shown in the following figure.

    Batch Configuration of Result Notification/Fault Tolerance Mechanism/Task Attribute/One-Click Publishing

    1. You can perform batch configuration of Fault Tolerance Mechanism, Task Attribute, Result Notification, and One-Click Publishing.

    Select the scheduled tasks that require batch configuration and click the corresponding  setting item as needed, as shown in the following figure.

    • You can select all tasks on the current page with one click to perform batch configuration of Fault Tolerance MechanismTask Attribute, and Result Notification.

    • During batch configuration of Fault Tolerance MechanismTask Attribute, and Result Notification, the previous configuration of the selected tasks will be overwritten.

    2. For example, after selecting multiple scheduled tasks, click Fault Tolerance Mechanism to perform the same Fault Tolerance Mechanism configuration for them, as shown in the following figure.

    3. Prompts regarding whether the configuration is successful will be displayed, as shown in the following figure.

    Task Filtering

    You can filter tasks based on task status, task name, task ID, the configuration of a timed scheduling plan or an event-based scheduling plan, and the configuration of Timeout Limit, Retry After Failure and Result Notification. FineDataLink of V4.2.5.4 and later versions allows you to filter tasks based on creator, creation time, and task priority, as shown in the following figure.

    You can click the xx1.png icon on the right side of the table to reorder table headers and hide fields, as shown in the following figure.

    Task Details

    Click Running Record to jump to the corresponding Task Record page for that task, where you can view its historical execution status, as shown in the following figure.

    Batch Deletion of Scheduled Tasks

    FineDataLink of V4.1.8.1 and later versions supports batch deletion of scheduled tasks, as shown in the following figure.
