Function Description
This article explains the initial login process of FineOps and relevant user configurations.
Initialization
A FineOps allows only one administrator to be set up, who can use all functions by default.
FineOps initialization is required only upon the first login. You will be directed to the login page upon opening FineOps afterward.
Opening FineOps
Browser Selection
Access FineOps using browsers of the following versions, otherwise the page may be displayed abnormally.
If you use a browser that does not meet the version requirements to access FineOps, a pop-up window will appear on some pages, prompting "It is detected that the current browser version is too low, which may cause some components to be displayed abnormally."
Browser Type | Recommended Version |
---|---|
Google Chrome | 88 and later releases |
Microsoft Edge | 88 and later releases |
Safari | 14 and later releases |
Firefox | 78 and later releases |
Internet Explorer (IE) | Not recommended |
Project Accessing
After the containerized deployment is completed, enter http://IP address/ops/decision in the address bar of a browser to enter the initialization configuration page of FineOps, as shown in the following figure.
Note: Since the default port number of the nginx component is 80, the port number in the access address can be omitted, and you can use the IP address to access FineOps.
In case of a non-root user deployment, the default port number is 8090 and the access address is http://IP address:8090/ops/decision.
If you have modified the port number of the nginx component in the finekey.yaml file, the access address is http://IP address:nginx port number/ops/decision.
Setting the Administrator Account
Set the username and password of the administrator account on the initialization configuration page, click OK, and click the Next button.
Note: The password must contain lowercase letters and digits, and its length must exceed 8 characters. Otherwise, you will be forced to change the password at login.
Remember the username and password you set. The password set here cannot be reset in principle. Do not forget the password!
Logging in to FineOps
Enter the set administrator account and password on the login page after configuring the database, and click Login.
Note: If the password strength is low as it is not a mix of lowercase letters and numbers, or the length does not exceed 8 characters, you will be forced to change the password at login.
User Setting
Account Setting
Log in to FineOps as the admin, click the username in the lower left corner, and click Account Setting. You can modify the name and the password, and bind the mailbox and the phone number.
The items that can be modified are described in the following table.
Item | Description |
---|---|
Name | Click Modify on the right of Name, enter the new name, click OK, and the new name will be displayed in the upper right corner. Note: This change affects the displayed name, not the login account name. |
Mobile | Click Bind/Modify on the right of Mobile, enter a valid mobile phone number, and click Complete. The mobile phone number is bound/modified successfully. Note: Support the binding of mobile phone numbers in mainland China, Taiwan (China), Hong Kong (China), Turkey, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, and Malaysia. For countries and regions such as Taiwan (China), South Korea, Japan, and Malaysia, there is no need to add the number 0 before the mobile phone number or after the area code. |
Mailbox | Click Bind/Modify on the right of Mailbox, enter a valid email address, and click Complete. The mailbox is bound/modified successfully. Note: The entered mailbox can contain the number sign (#) and the ampersand (&). |
Password | During password modification, you need to enter old passwords as the verification for password updating. |
Exit
Click the username in the lower left corner and click Exit to exit FineOps. You will be directed to the login page, as shown in the following figure.
Last Login Information
After you log in to FineOps as the admin, the time, IP address, and location of your last login are displayed, as shown in the following figure.
