During system upgrades, equipment maintenance, version updates, or routine inspections, FanRuan projects must be temporarily suspended.
Such shutdowns are generally scheduled in advance and should not be counted toward system downtime, thus preserving the accuracy of overall service availability indicators.
To clearly distinguish planned shutdowns from unplanned stops, FineOps provides a Shutdown Plan function for creating and viewing scheduled maintenance windows.
Downtime set in a scheduled shutdown plan is excluded from unavailable time calculations, thereby ensuring the accuracy of availability indicators.
FineOps does not automatically stop or start projects during the scheduled windows. Manual project stops and restarts are required.
1. Log in to FineOps as the admin, click an O&M project, and choose Availability Statistics > Shutdown Plan.
2. Click Create Plan, fill in the relevant information, and click OK to create a plan, as shown in the following figure.
You can edit and delete all created plans, as shown in the following figure.
If the end time of a shutdown plan is later than the current time, the plan status will be Pending. If the end time is earlier than the current time, the status will be Completed.
