Excel Import Misplacement

1. Problem description

The same template  Excel Export as it is, and when the template is refreshed and imported into Excel, the problem of import misalignment is found, as shown in the following figure:

2. Solutions

This is because report adds a new two-way import function, that is, excel two-way import. Its processing logic has changed, and the merged cells in the template have been processed, resulting in disordered import. At this time, you only need to export hidden rows and columns in the template, and turn off two-way import in the configuration file when importing excel. (bidirectional import is turned off by default, and needs to be turned off if it is turned on)

1. Template preparation

As shown in the above rendering, prepare the template as shown in the following figure:

There are two parameters in the parameter pane: starttime and Endtime. The default value of the start date is: datedelta (today(), if (tointeger (weekday ($date)) = = 0, - 6,1 - weekday ($date)), and the default value of the end date isdatedelta (today(), if (tointeger (weekday ($date)) = = 0,0,7 - weekday ($date)).

For the specific meaning of datedelta() and other functions, please check the common date processing functions.

Merge B3 and C3 cells, the value is: = range (date (year ($starttime), month ($starttime), day ($starttime)), date (year ($Endtime), month ($Endtime), day ($Endtime)), merge D3 and E3 cells, the value is = weekday (B3), merge F3 and G3 cells, set the widget type as text widget.

Note: the merged cells will appear in the template.

2. Export Excel

Save the template, clickData Entry Preview, open the template on the web, and input the value of the person on duty field, as shown in the figure below. After input, clickExport > Excel > Unaltered Export as is on the toolbar, as shown in the figure below:

At this point, excel as shown in the figure above will be exported.

3. Importing Excel

Back to the designer interface, add the import excel button for the toolbar of the template. After adding, preview the template again, click Import excel, select the excel file just exported, and you can see the effect as shown in the figure below:

4. Exporting hidden rows and columns

Back to the designer, click the templateExport Attributes, and check the Export Hidden Row and Export Hidden Column, as shown in the following figure:

5. Result preview

At this point, re export excel, import excel, you can see that the location will not be disordered.

1. Date format error after import

1) Problem description

After importing into excel, the date becomes a string of numbers.

2) Cause analysis

At present, the custom format of importing excel is not supported, and it will become a regular timestamp.

3) Solutions

Modify to standard date format.

2. Title cannot be imported

1) Problem description

In the scenario of non bidirectional import, the bidirectional import logic is set. When importing excel, it is found that the content with title is not imported.

2) Cause analysis

In bidirectional import, the value of the lattice above the indefinite row is not assigned.

3) Solutions

In non bidirectional import scenarios, do not set bidirectional import logic.
