I. Overview
1.Expected effect
When data entry and importing Excel data, if expansion is not set in the cell of line report, only fixed number of lines is set for data entry.
For example, if there are only n rows in the data entry page and M pieces of data in Excel (n < m), only the first n pieces of data in Excel will be imported, as shown in the figure below:
2. Implementation ideas
Excel can import fixed rows by not expanding cells and adding cell groups.
Note: when importing a fixed number of rows into excel, the rows are only matched according to their positions.
II. Example
1. Table design
1) The table is designed as shown in the figure below, and text controls are added to cells B3 ~ K7.
2) Select B3 ~ K7 cells, select cell attributes > expand in the right property panel, and set the direction of cell expansion to no expansion.
2. Data entry attribute setting
1) In the designer menu bar, click template > data entry attribute to add the data entry cell group as shown in the figure below.
2) After the above settings are completed, the final report data entryinterface is as follows:
3. Data entry toolbar settings
In the designer menu bar, click template > web attributes > data entry settings, and select individually set for the template from the drop-down menu. Check use toolbar, and double-click to add the import excel button to the toolbar, as shown in the following figure:
4. Effect preview
Save the report, click data entry preview, click Import excel on the toolbar, select excel file: Excel import fixed lines.xls, import the first 5 lines of data, as shown in the figure below:
