Functions
You can export templates in the FineReport designer, in browsers, or in API interfaces.

General Report Export
1. The adaptive function is not supported in the general report export. 2. You are not advised to export general reports as PDF files or images in jdk1.8.0_262, jdk-8u231, and jdk1.8.0_192 versions through the export function.Note:

Functional Change
1. FineReport V11.0.5
Normal reports may be exported as blank images due to internal network problems and other reasons. In FineReport V11.0.5 and later versions, the export returns an image with a prompt, rather than a blank one.
A prompt pops up: "Error code: 11100028; Image export failure: network reason. You can view error details in the log."
2. FineReport V11.0.6
If a cell includes rich texts, the rich text font is exported.
After you set the rich text in the cell and click OK, the font size displayed in the cell is consistent with the maximum font size of the rich text.
Exporting HTML Content
1. If a cell content is HTML, the font set in HTML should be consistent with Font under Cell Attribute > Style. Otherwise, the upper half of the text may not be displayed after you export HTML content to Word files. 2. If a cell content is HTML, the backend does not separately process color attributes for strikethroughs and underlines, which have the same color as the font. 3. If the export function is used with the performance optimization function enabled, HTML statements that are not supported in templates are displayed as string HTML statements in the exported PDF files.Note:
Notes
1. If you export templates to Word files, a maximum of 63 table columns is allowed. Otherwise, the template content of the exceeding part is lost.
2. After the table font in a template is bolded, exporting it to an image results in a file size twice as large as the original one. If the image size is limited in your network, you may fail to download the image.
3. If there is a barcode set in the exported template, you need to ensure that the height of the cell where the barcode is located is greater than or equal to 6 millimeters. Otherwise, the text below the barcode may be obscured after export.
4. You need to note the following two aspects when exporting templates with sheet names to Excel files:
The sheet name cannot exceed 31 characters. Otherwise, the sheet name is automatically truncated during export, which may result in two same sheet names and export errors.
Sheet name can include English, Chinese characters, |, and (). It cannot include :, /, ?, *, and [].
