Export chart does not display content such as custom labels

The preview of the new chart is normal, and the custom labels and custom axes are missing when exporting or printing.

Labels and coordinate axes use custom pictures and text. Customization is the foreground, and export and printing are all called backgrounds, causing some content to fail to display.

The effect shown in the figure above is caused by the use of custom text and pictures.

Open the template %FR_HOME%\webapps\webroot\WEB-INF\reportlets\doc-EN\Advanced\Chart\NewColumnChart\Custom

AxisLabel.cpt.

Select Cell Element-Style> Label, the content is custom, you can see that the custom picture is used in the HTML code:

Select Cell Element-Style> Axis> Y Axis, the format is custom, you can see that the custom text is used in the HTML code:

At this time, when exporting, you will find that the picture label on the bar graph and the Top1 before the axis are not displayed.
