2. Feature introduction
In 10.0, users can manually turn off the option to join the product improvement plan to further protect their privacy.
II. Method 1: Modify the parameter
The super administrator can use "fine_conf_entity Visual Configuration" plugin to disable whether to join the product improvement plan. The settings take effect after restarting the server.

III. Method 2: Access URL
The administrator accesses the URL directly to enable or disable the developer plan in the following format:

Disable: http://ip:port/webroot/decision/url/mobile/set/joinplan? isJoinPlan=false
