Add Content to Platform Directory

1) After the administrator adds a report template in the Directory tab in the Decision-making Platform, users can view the report directly via the Directory tab.

2) The administrator can preview the report effect after adding a template, add templates in bulk, rename or delete an existing template, and change the order of a template in the Directory tab.

1. Enter the directory management interface

1) Click [Server]>[Platform Management]. Log in to the Decision-making Platform as an administrator. 

2) Select [Manage] > [Directory]. 

2. Add a new template

Choose a target directory node to add a template, and then click [Add Template]. 

3. Select a template

1) The pop-up window will show all the templates under the current report project. You can click [+] icon to expand a parent folder and display the templates in it. You can also enter a template name in the search box to query all templates containing the key word entered in real time.

2) A checkbox will appear in front of each template, and you can choose the template to be added. Then click Next. 

4. Set a template

• Modify the display name of a template in the text box behind [Name]. By default, the name of a template is its actual name.

• Click the drop-down box behind [Path] to re-select a template (not required).

• Add the description of the template to be added (not required).

• Select one preview mode for the template from the following options behind [Type]: Preview, Data Entry, Analysis and New Data Entry.

• Select the display terminals of the template from the following options behind [Terminals]: PC, Tablet and Mobile. The setting of the display terminal for a template inherits that of the parent directory. For example, if you only check [PC] for the Report directory, then all templates under the Report directory can only be displayed via [PC]. 

5. Set default parameter values

1) Some templates contain some parameters, and default parameter values can be set on the platform. You can click [Set default parameter values] to display all parameters contained in the current template:

• You can click [+] icon to add a new parameter and set default parameter values.

• You can click [] icon behind a parameter to delete the parameter, that is, you don’t need to set the default values of the parameter.

• You can click [] icon to reload all server and template parameters. 

2) After setting, click [OK] button, then the template will be added to the Directory tab. 

6. Edit a template

1) Select the target template.

2) You can re-select a template, modify the name, description, preview mode, display terminal and parameter settings of the template on the right. After modification, click [Save] in the upper right corner. 

7. Preview a template

You can click [Preview Template] button to preview the report in a new window. 

8. View a template in the Directory tab

Switch from [Manage] to [Directory], you can click the newly added template in the Directory tab and view the report effect. 

9. Adjust the order of templates

1) The order of template can be changed by clicking the template, keeping the left mouse button pressed while moving the template, and then releasing the template.

2) Templates can be moved as parallel to other templates under the same directory or under other parent directories.  If they are moved to another parent directory, their attributes will be changed to those of the parent directory. 

10. Delete a template

When the mouse hovers over a template, the [] icon will appear on the right side of the template. You can click the icon and OK to delete the template. 

11. Delete templates in bulk

1) Click the [] icon on the right side of the Directory tab, and select Bulk Delete.

2) A checkbox will appear in front of each template, and you can choose the templates to be deleted.

3) Click the [  ] icon on the top of the Directory tab, and select OK to perform the bulk deletion. 

4) To exit [Bulk Delete], click the [Complete] button. 

The Decision-making Platform can not only display reports, but also allow users to directly access web pages on the Platform by adding the URL address of the web pages to the Directory tab.

1. Enter the directory management interface

1) Click [Server]>[Platform Management]. Log in to the Decision-making Platform as the administrator. 

2) Select [Manage] > [Directory]. 

2. Add a new link

1) Choose a target directory node to add a link, and then click [Add Link]. 

2) Set the link in the pop-up dialog:

• Enter the display name of the link in the Directory tab.

• The link path must add http://.

• Add the description of the link to be added (not required).

• Select the display terminals of the link. By default, the link should be visible via PC, Tablet and Mobile terminals. You can only view the directory node when visiting the Decision-making Platform via the selected terminals.

3) Click [OK] after completing the setting. 

3. Edit a link

1) Select the target link.

2) You can modify the name, link path, description and display terminal of the link on the right. After modification, click [Save] in the upper right corner. 

4. Preview a link

1) Select the target link.

2) You can click [Preview Link] button next to the Link Path in the settings panel on the right to preview the link in a new window. 

5. View a link in the Directory tab

Switch from [Manage] to [Directory], you can click the newly added link in the Directory tab to visit corresponding web page. 

6. Adjust the order of links

1) Click the [] icon on the right side of the Directory tab, and select Bulk Delete.

2) A checkbox will appear in front of each link, and you can choose the links to be deleted.

3) Click the [] icon on the top of the Directory tab, and choose OK to perform the bulk deletion. 

4) To cancel Bulk Delete, click the [Complete] button.
