11.0.3Added the Sidebar Default Status setting.

    Function Description

The Directory Style setting includes Directory Default Status, Sidebar Default Status, Directory Icon, and Directory Cover.

To set the directory style, you can log in to the decision-making system as the admin and choose System Management > Appearance Configuration > Directory Style.

    Directory Default Status

Directory Default Status includes Collapse All (the default setting) and Expand All.

    Collapse All

After you log in to the decision-making system, only the first-level directory folders and all template nodes in the root directory are displayed by default.

If you open other directory nodes or switch between Directory and System Management, the previously opened directory nodes will remain expanded.

    Expand All

After you log in to the decision-making system, all levels of directories and templates are expanded in the directory tree when Directory Default Status is set to Expand All.

If you switch to other directory nodes or switch between Directory and System Management, the previously opened/closed directory nodes remain in their original states.

    iconNote:
If you set Platform Theme to Modern, only the expanded directory nodes and the templates in the root directory will be displayed in the directory tree, and the templates in the selected directory node will be shown in the right display area.

    Sidebar Default Status

Projects of version 11.0.3 and later versions support the Siderbar Default Status setting (set to Fixed by default).

    iconNote:
This setting only takes effect for the initial status of the sidebar on the Directory tab page and does not apply to the initial status of the sidebar on the System Management tab page. The sidebar in System Management remains fixed.

    Fixed

After you log in to the FineBI system, the directory sidebar is displayed by default on the Directory tab page.

You can click the Unfix icon in the upper right corner of the sidebar to collapse the sidebar.

    iconNote:
If you have clicked the Unpinned icon when accessing the platform in the browser, the manual setting will take effect preferentially during the next login. If no manual setting has been made, the Sidebar Default Status setting in the decision-making system will take effect.

    Unfixed

After you log in to the decision-making system, the directory sidebar is collapsed on the Directory tab page when Sidebar Default Status is set to Unfixed.

When you hover your mouse over the Expand icon, the sidebar is displayed. You can click the Fix icon in the upper right corner of the sidebar to keep the sidebar displayed.

    iconNote:
If you have clicked the Fix icon when accessing the platform on the browser, the manual setting will take effect preferentially during the next login. If no manual setting has been made, the Sidebar Default Status setting in the decision-making system will take effect.
