Function Description
The Directory Style setting includes Directory Default Status, Sidebar Default Status, Directory Icon, and Directory Cover.
To set the directory style, you can log in to the decision-making system as the admin and choose System Management > Appearance Configuration > Directory Style.

Directory Default Status
Directory Default Status includes Collapse All (the default setting) and Expand All.

Collapse All
After you log in to the decision-making system, only the first-level directory folders and all template nodes in the root directory are displayed by default.
If you open other directory nodes or switch between Directory and System Management, the previously opened directory nodes will remain expanded.

Expand All
After you log in to the decision-making system, all levels of directories and templates are expanded in the directory tree when Directory Default Status is set to Expand All.
If you switch to other directory nodes or switch between Directory and System Management, the previously opened/closed directory nodes remain in their original states.

Sidebar Default Status
Projects of version 11.0.3 and later versions support the Siderbar Default Status setting (set to Fixed by default).

After you log in to the FineBI system, the directory sidebar is displayed by default on the Directory tab page.
You can click the Unfix icon in the upper right corner of the sidebar to collapse the sidebar.

After you log in to the decision-making system, the directory sidebar is collapsed on the Directory tab page when Sidebar Default Status is set to Unfixed.
When you hover your mouse over the Expand icon, the sidebar is displayed. You can click the Fix icon in the upper right corner of the sidebar to keep the sidebar displayed.

Directory Icon
Two methods, namely Pre-defined and Custom, are available for you to set the icons before the directories.
Pre-defined Directory Icon
Log in to the decision-making system as the admin, choose System Management > Appearance Configuration > Directory Style > Directory Icon, and select the template/directory that needs to be configured.
The system provides 22 pre-defined icons. You can select the needed style in Pre-defined to set the directory icon, as shown in the following figure.

After setting the directory style successfully, you can click Directory on the decision-making platform to view the directory icon set, as shown in the following figure.

Log in to the decision-making system as the admin, choose System Management > Appearance Configuration > Directory Style > Directory Icon, and select Custom.
Click the icon, select the image, and click Open to upload the image. In this case, you can set the uploaded image as a custom icon to configure the directory style on the platform.
You are advised to upload a 24*24 image in JPG or PNG format.

Log in to the decision-making system as the admin and choose System Management > Appearance Configuration > Directory Style > Directory Icon.
Select Custom, select the template/directory that needs to be configured, and then select a custom icon to configure the directory style on the platform, as shown in the following figure.

After setting the directory style successfully, you can click Directory on the decision-making platform to view the directory icon set, as shown in the following figure.

Log in to the decision-making system as the admin, choose System Management > Appearance Configuration > Directory Style > Directory Icon, and select Custom.
Click the Edit button, select the icon that needs to be deleted, click OK, and click Complete.

Directory Cover
If you are an admin, you can set the cover of the template mounted to the directory in two ways, namely, Pre-defined and Custom.
Pre-defined Directory Cover
Log in to the decision-making system as the admin, choose System Management > Appearance Configuration > Directory Style > Directory Cover, and select the template that needs to be configured.
The system provides 25 pre-defined icons. You can select the needed style in Pre-defined to set the directory cover, as shown in the following figure.

After you set Platform Theme to Modern, the following figure shows the display effect of the directory cover.

Log in to the decision-making system as the admin and choose System Management > Appearance Configuration > Directory Style > Directory Cover.
Select a directory and select Custom. Selecting a directory node will not take effect.
Click the icon, select the image, and click Open to upload the image. In this case, you can set the uploaded image as a custom cover to configure the directory cover on the platform.

Log in to the decision-making system as the admin, choose System Management > Appearance Configuration > Directory Style > Directory Cover, and select Custom.
Click the Edit button, select the icon that needs to be deleted, click OK, and click Complete.
