Data Connection Failure Troubleshooting

After encountering a data connection error, the user can click Details to view the error content.

• Common errors: The reason for the error and the corresponding link will appear in the error report to help users solve the problem.

• Uncommon error: The error log in the background will be displayed, and the problem will be checked according to the log.

This article introduces troubleshooting for common errors.

When using the designer for data connection, click Details when an error occurs, you can view the specific reasons and provide solutions.

For example, when the data connection reports an error because the driver is not found, the following prompt will be displayed. You can download and place the driver according to the prompt address, and then reconnect.

Note: The link address of "Download Driver" will only appear if you are connected to the external network; if it is an internal network environment, the link address will not appear.
