    Function Overview

Server-side notifications can be pushed to individual Lark users, enabling them to keep abreast of data across different business scenarios, such as product inventory, sales progress, salary details, and late attendance.

Server-side notifications can also be pushed to Lark chatgroups, enabling real-time and collaborative data monitoring. When an anomaly occurs, group members can promptly tag the responsible personnel (@mentions) and initiate discussions directly within the group.

    Function Description

Notifications can be pushed to Lark individual users and chatgroups through the configuration of the Lark Management plugin and a scheduled task.

    iconNote:
FineReport SSO is supported only when messages pushed to Lark are custom links.

In Lark Management, choose App Quick Configuration > Lark Chatgroup, click New Lark Chatgroup, enter the information in the pop-up New Lark Chatgroup window, and click Yes. Setting a Scheduled Task

In File Processing of the scheduled task in Task Schedule, select Client Notification, tick Lark Notification in Push Terminal, select the app where the Lark chatgroup is created, and select the target Lark chatgroup, as shown in the following figure.

Note: Supported push message types include Link Message (custom links only), Image/Text Message, and File Message. Image Message is additionally supported in the plugin of V11.0.74 and later versions.

    iconNote:

    1. File messages cannot be pushed to Lark chatgroups and will be automatically converted to link messages for pushing.

    2. If Lark Chatgroup is ticked but no chatgroup is selected, notifications cannot be pushed to the chatgroup.

    3. Default User Group is a mandatory option ticked by default in Recipient. If you are not in the chatgroup but belong to the default user group, you will still receive the Lark notifications individually.
