  • I. Overview

    1) Device binding means binding users on the decision-making platform to mobile App DataAnalyst, which is a login verification mechanism designed to increase the security of mobile login.

    2) By default, device binding is disabled; in other words, each user can log in with any mobile devices and the same mobile device can be logged in to by different users, indicating low security,

    3) With device binding enabled, a user cannot log in unless with the device authorized by the Admin.

    You will learn

    • Log in by different users to the same device

    • Log in by a user with different devices

    2) A user could log in with different devices, which is authorized by default. The Admin may cancel the authorization granted to a device by clicking on the icon  or directly delete a device by clicking on the icon .

    • After the authorization granted to a device is cancelled, login with the device again requires the Admin to reauthorize the device by clicking on the icon

    3) After authorization, Connie can log in with demo’s account on her own mobile phone.

    1) If Connie logs in with another mobile phone, then a message indicating unauthorized device will pop up.
