I. Overview
A Tab block enables multiple subpages displayed in a dashboard and these subpages can be switched by clicking different Tabs (a subpage corresponds to a Tab block). The effect of a typical Tab block is as follows:
II. Steps
1. Add or delete a Tab block
Drag a Tab block component into the canvas body, click Edit and then the [+] icon at the upper-right corner of the component to add a Tab block, click the [x] icon at the upper-right of a Tab to delete the corresponding Tab block.
Alternatively, delete a Tab block through the component hierarchy pane at the upper-right corner.
Right-click a Tab to adjust the sequence.
2. Add content to a Tab block
Select a Tab and drag a chart component into the corresponding Tab block.
3. Set chart attributes
1) Set data for the chart in the Tab block in a similar way to that for a chart in a common report.
2) Set chart title.
4. Modify Tab name
Click a Tab or click a Tab component in the right-hand pane. That is to say, Tab names can be modified in Attributes.
5. Modify Tab style
Select tabpane in the upper-right pane and define Tab style in Attributes.
6. Set Tab carousel
To drag a chart component into another Tab block and set data and attributes, click tablayout, check “Start” and set carousel interval.
After the settings above, the contents of all Tab blocks will be automatically looped.
7. Design the style of Tab frame
Select the tablayout component, choose Style to customize the line and background of the Tab frame.
8. Change Tab font and background
Select the tabpane component and then change the font, background and other styles of the Tab in the attribute pane.
