Function Description
In daily scenarios, you may need not only to generate reports more convenient, but also to combine reports with scheduled tasks to automatically generate report content and send the content through ways like email to the final viewers (such as business personnel or leaders).
In this case, you can use the Word Report plugin, allowing you to generate reports more conveniently, send report content in Word or PDF format to relevant personnel through email, and remind relevant personnel to view the content through SMS. To avoid file loss, you can upload the generated file to other FTP servers or SFTP servers after completion.
Example
This document takes the file test.cpt as an example to illustrate how to notify the relevant personnel by sending email messages with Word attachments through scheduled tasks.

1. Log in to the decision-making system, choose System Management > Task Schedule, click Add Task, set Task Name to Word Task Schedule, and set Default User Group, as shown in the following figure.
2. Click Next, set Object Type to Report Template, select the prepared template test.cpt, and set Type to Word, File Name to Word Report, Appendix Archive to word, and File Processing to Clear Upon Task End, as shown in the following figure.
3. Click Next and set Start Time to Execute Immediately After Configuration, Frequency to Only Execute Once, and Execution Condition to Always Execute, as shown in the following figure.
4. Click Next, set Processing Method to Email Notification, select Use Attachments word, and click Save, as shown in the following figure.
5. Log in to the mailbox as the recipient to view the content and attachment, as shown in the following figure.
