This document will introduce how to use FanRuan's certification platform to complete certification.

1. Registration

1.3 Notes
1) Please fill in the correct business email address for registration. The registration process and certificate will be bound to the email address you filled in and stored in the system. If the email address is incorrect, it will affect your examination.
2) Please confirm the examination time information carefully before registering. Once the exam is successfully registered, cancellation and rescheduling are not allowed;
3) Within two working days after the registration, the staff of Fanruan will give you feedback by email whether the registration is successful. If you do not receive the email, you can directly contact WhatsApp: (+86)13812090876, or send an email to sybil@fanruan.com.
4) The FCA series is a free exam, and the FCP series needs to pay $58 at the time of registration.
5) If the pai examination fails, we will start the free make-up examination process for you.
2. Sign in&Sign up Certification Platform
2.1 Click on the invitation link in the email
Within two working days after the registration, the staff of Fanruan will give you feedback by email.
2.2 Register for a platform account and complete the registration guide
Please refer to the instructions in the email to register your platform account and complete the registration guide.
1）Visit the invitation link and register with your business email address to receive subsequent exam-related information
2）Enter your email address and get verification code.
3）Sign up for a platform accout
4）Accepting invitations to Global Service Apps
5）You will see the Technical Centre and click on it to access the exam application.
3. During the examination
3.1 Pre-examination confirmation & Start of examination

Regarding the Hands-on Test, please organize the answers to each question into a word document. Questions, databases, and result templates should be kept confidential, and should not be published in public for help or circulated publicly, otherwise your score will be invalid. 4. This exam needs to use FineBI V5.0 or above, please download and install it from the official website in advance, https://www.finereport.com/en/finebi 5. The total score is 100 points, and the score reaches 60 points and above to pass the certification. 6. Click the "YES" button below, and the exam will start immediately. The test time is 2 days, and the answer form will be automatically submitted after 2 days. Please arrange the time properly |
4. Submit
When you have finished answering the questions, click Submit to end the exam.
Note：During two working days after the FCA examination， FanRuan will feedback your test score by email. During four working days after the FCP examination， FanRuan will feedback your test score by email.

6. Free Make-up Examination
If you do not pass the first examination, you will be notified via email and will be given a free make-up examination.
The process for the make-up examination is exactly the same as that for the first examination, you can refer to the steps in 3. During the Examination.
