Setting the Attribute of the Submission Button

    Application Scenario

    The built-in submission button provides the attribute setting function, through which you can validate data, forcibly submit data, and only submit data in the current sheet, as shown in the following figure.

    Function Entry

    Add the built-in submission button to the toolbar, click the setting button on the toolbar, and click Submit. You can see the attribute setting page of the submission button, as shown in the following figure.

    Data Validation

    Validate Data is selected by default. When you click Submit, data will be validated first. Only when the validation is passed can data be submitted. If you deselect Validate Data, the validation process will be canceled during submission.

    Still Submitting Data If the Validation Fails

    The Still Submit If Validation Fails function allows you to still submit data with only a popup prompt if the data validation fails. The setting method is as follows.

    Select Validate Date and Still Submit If Validation Fails simultaneously, as shown in the following figure.

    Only Submitting Data in the Current Sheet

    In multi-sheet data entry scenarios, data in all sheets are submitted by default. However, sometimes you only need to submit data in the current sheet. In this case, you can use the Submit Current Sheet Only function. The setting method is as follows.

    Select Submit Current Sheet Only on the attribute setting page of the submission button, as shown in the following figure.
