View Permission on the Directory

Application Scenario

This document introduces how to assign users the permissions to view the platform directory on the decision-making platform.

You can assign the View permission on directories/templates through two dimensions: User Group or Resource Project.

In this example, you can assign the View permission on the directory Newtheme to the user Eoco in the User Group dimension.

Assigning the Permission on the Directory

Log in to the decision-making platform as the admin, choose System Management > Permission Management > Common Permission Configuration, and click Switch to change Currently-Viewed Dimension to User Group.

Select the permission holder from Dept./Role/User List. In this example, select Eoco from User List, and assign the View permission on the directory Newtheme, as shown in the following figure.

Note:

If you do not assign the viewing permissions on the directory to the relevant user, the user will see a blank page on mobile terminals, as shown in the following figure.

Effect Display

The user Eoco can view the directory Newtheme and the templates mounted to the subdirectory, as shown in the following figure.

In this example, you can assign the View permission on the directory Newtheme to the user Eoco under the Resource Project dimension.

Assigning the Permission on the Directory

Log in to the decision-making platform as the admin, choose System Management > Permission Management > Common Permission Configuration, and click Switch to change Currently-Viewed Dimension to Resource Project.

Select the directory Newtheme, select the permission holder, and assign the View permission. In this example, select Eoco from User List, as shown in the following figure.

Effect Display

The user Eoco can view the directory Newtheme and the templates mounted to the subdirectory, as shown in the following figure.
