New Scenario of Thread Circuit Breaker
The thread rate-limiting function is added for components, including the configuration library, file service, and status service.
The system monitors the thread count of components, including the configuration library, file service, and status service. When the system is under high load due to thread blockage, it will quickly fail new requests and generate error messages that prompt users to troubleshoot component issues.
