Note: If Scheduled Task Management is not enabled (i.e. Authorization for task schedule not applicable), but sub-admin has the access to Task Schedule Management Tab, then he will be able to manage all the tasks.

    2. User Interface

    1) Task Schedule Permissions can be assigned to Dept./Role/User on the right, and receptors assigned the permission are able to perform task schedule operations, or assign relevant permissions to other users through the permission tab.

Note: please refer to Hierarchical Authority Allocation for more information

    2) To successfully assign authorization rights to other users, one must also assign at least the View permission of Permission and Task Schedule management tab.

    3) Also, Personnel Authorization should also be assigned.

    III. Example

We'll take Han Wen (id: hanwen, pwd: 123456) as an example to show how to assign Task Schedule Authorization after enabling Hierarchical Authorization and Task Schedule Management in Global Setting.

    1. Initial Status

Login the platform with the account of Han Wen(hanwen). Under the circumstances of no permission configurations, the platform interface will look like as below:

    image.png

Note: the blank home page is due to the fact that View permission of Home page is not assigned by system administrators to Han Wen

    2. Task Schedule Authorization

Log out Han Wen's account and then log in with an administrator's account.

Click User->Han Wen, select Task Schedule on the right pane. Assign Manage and Authorization of test1, Manage only of test2.
