  • I. Overview

    1) Only by logging in to the Decision-making Platform, can you perform user management, authority configuration and other operations. The administrator account is the account set when the Decision-making Platform is initialized.

    2) You will learn the management method of the user account

    II. Steps

    1. Enter account settings

    After logging in to the Decision-making Platform as an administrator, you can click [Account Setting] in the upper right corner to modify the administrator’s name and password, and bind the account to a mailbox and a mobile phone number. Normal users can also configure their personal information and password in the same way after logging in to the Decision-making Platform.


    2. Modify name

    Click the [Modify] button on the right side of [Name], enter a new name, and then click [OK]. Then the new name will appear in the upper right corner. The name is the display name, not the login account name. 


    3. Bind a mailbox

    1) If you have not opened the mailbox service, then you can click the [Binding] button behind the [Mailbox], enter a valid mailbox address and then click [OK], to bind the account to the mailbox. 

    2) If you need to modify the mailbox address, you can click the [Modify] button to modify it. 

    3) If you have opened the mailbox service, then you can click the [Binding] button behind the [Mailbox], and enter a valid mailbox address to obtain a verification code. Then you should enter the verification code, and click OK to bind the account to the mailbox. If you need to modify the mailbox address, you can click the Modify button to modify it.     4. Bind Mobile

    The report version 10.0.12 and later supports binding mobile phone numbers in China Mainland, Taiwan-China, Hong Kong-China, Turkey, Korea, Japan, Singapore, and Malaysia.

    In Taiwan-China, South Korea, Japan, Malaysia and other regions, there is no need to add 0 after the area code or before the mobile phone number.

    If the version is rolled back, the originally bound mobile phone number that is not in China Mainland will not be able to receive SMS messages sent by the system.

    1)You can click the [Binding] button behind the [Mobile], select region, enter a valid phone number and then click [OK]

    5. Modify password

    You can click [Modify] button and follow prompts to enter the old password and a new password, enter the new password again, and then click OK to modify the password. After the password is modified, you need to log in to the Decision-making Platform again.

    Precautions:

    If JAR package in 10.0.16 and later, the report project has improved the security of the "change password interface".

    When you change the password, you need to enter the old password for password verification.

    1) Limit the input of the correct old password to 5 times, and error will be reported if the input error: The old password is wrong, it will be locked after entering the wrong 4 times

    2) If you entered the wrong old password five times, you are prompted: Too many incorrect passwords, please try again in 15 minutes

    Users can wait for 15 minutes and try again. Or contact the super administrator. The super administrator can help the user change the password. The user can use the new password to log in.


    6. Reset the administrator account

    It is suitable for situations where the built-in database is used.

    1) Find db.script file under %FR_HOME%\webapps\webroot\WEB-INF\embed\finedb

    2) Open the db.script  file, and modify the word “success” in the code INSERT INTO FINE_CONF_ENTITY VALUES(‘SystemConfig.serverInit’, ‘success’) to any other value. Save the file and restart the Fine Report Designer. 

    3) You can also connect a third-party database modifier (such as DBeaver) to the database finedb, and change the value of the [SystemConfig.serverInit] field in the [FINE_CONF_ENTITY] table to any value that is not equal to “success”. 

    4) When using an external database, if you need to reset the administrator account, please switch to the built-in database first. If you want to restore the original built-in database after migration, you just need to delete the db.properties file and restart the project. File path: %FR_HOME%\webapps\webroot\WEB-INF\config\db.properties
