Access Control

 I. Overview

The Access Control feature is aimed to limit the frequency of single IP access and reduce concurrent loads, in case of the platform facing an unusually high volume of visits.

II. Instructions

1. User Interface

Go to Manage -> Security -> Access Control to turn on the feature.

2. Frequency Limit

Frequency Limit is enabled by default. You can customize the access frequency settings to limit access to reports. By default, the limit is set to 200 times every 60 seconds. An IP address that sends out more requests than the limit will be added to the intercept list, and prompt "Access frequency is too high and you are blocked. If you have any questions, please contact your system administrator".

3. Intercept List

The Intercept List contains all the IPs that exceeded the limit. Hovering on an IP will bring out a remove button, by which you can remove the IP from the list.
