2. Function introduction
By automatically notifying the user account and initial password information, the administrator’s notification cost is subtracted.
Meet the needs of different security levels through flexible password policy settings.
II. Email Notice-Add User
If you check "Email notice-add user", when the administrator adds a user, if the user mailbox is set, after the addition is successful, the system will automatically send an email to invite the user to log in to the system.
1. Set up the sender account
The administrator needs to set up a sender to send emails. For the setting steps, please refer to: Email. As shown below:
2. Open settings
Click Manage>User>Global Settingto turn on Email notice-add user, as shown in the figure below:
3. Add user
Click Manage>User>All Users to add a new user. The user's mailbox must be set, otherwise the email notification will not be triggered. As shown below:
Note: As long as the user's mailbox is set, adding users and importing users can trigger email notifications, but synchronization users will not trigger them.
4. Effect preview
After the user is successfully added, the user mailbox will receive a reminder email to remind him to log in to the data decision system. As shown below:
III. Email Notice-Reset Password
If you check "Email Notice-Reset Password", after the administrator resets the user's password, the system will automatically send an email to the user to remind the user that the password has been changed.

2. Set recipient mailbox
The administrator must configure the mailbox for the user, otherwise the mail delivery cannot be triggered.
3. Open settings
Click Manage>User>Global Setting, and turn on Email Notice-Reset Password, as shown in the figure below:
4. Reset password
The administrator can reset the user password, as shown in the figure below:
5. Effect preview
After the password is reset, the user's mailbox will receive a reminder email, as shown in the figure below:
