Function introduction

This article will introduce the interface introduction, function overview, and preview mount of FVS products in detail.

Creating a Large Screen Template

After the plugin is installed successfully, click "File" to add the "New Large Screen Dashboard" button.

Click the "New Large Screen Dashboard" button to set the large screen template name and canvas size. Canvas size supports common and custom sizes. As shown below:

·       Common size: including HD screen (1280*720px), SD screen (1920*1080px), 2K screen (2560*1440px), Wide screen (4864*1294px)

·       Custom size: You can manually enter the width and height of the canvas, the unit is px , and the width and height value range is 300-50000px.

Menu Bar

The menu bar is basically the same as the general report

  • Add a "New Large Screen Dashboard" button in the "File" drop-down box to create a new FVS large screen template

  • Plugins V1.9.0 and later support the output of Embedded sets in the "File" drop-down box

  • Add a "Page After-load Event" button in the "Template" drop-down box to add JavaScript code

  • Added "Update Built-in Assets" button in the "Server" drop-down box to update various built-in materials in FVS editing mode

File area

The file area saves the current FineReport templates under the project, including general reports, dashboards, FVS large screen templates

  • It is not supported to open non-FVS large screen template and FVS large screen template at the same time

  • Only one FVS large screen template can be opened at the same time

Data source

The data source area is consistent with the data source area of the general report and dashboard

  • Template dataset and server dataset can be set and called in the template

Title area

The name of the large screen template set when creating a new FVS large screen template

Action bar

  • Undo and redo actions

  • Assemble and split components

  • Align and adjust the level of components

Save area

  • After making the FVS large screen template, the user can click to save/preview the template

  • In the FVS large screen template, the save button in the general report menu bar does not exit

  •  Added “Close Template” button in V1.9.0. You can click this button to close templates. To close a template in plugins earlier than V1.9.0, choose File > Close on the menu bar or open another template.

Notice: Preview in mobile devices is not supported.

Layer area

  • Display all components under the currently selected pagination

  • Components can be renamed and deleted

  • Component hierarchy can be adjusted

  • Hide and lock components

  • Click the button  below " 8. Component bar" to hide/expand the layer area

  • Click the button  in the upper right corner of the "Layer Area " to change the position of the layer area

Component bar

Display icon and name of category, click category to display specific component list, select the required components, add them to the pagination to edit and use

The lower button is the component layer button and the shortcut button

Notice: The component list bar has been optimized in V1.7.0. It supports expanding with text prompts when suspending the list bar, displaying the component category icon when shrinking.

Main canvas area

The main part of the large screen template is a WYSIWYG design area

  • Adding components and adjusting components can directly see the effect without saving the preview

  • Only one paged canvas page in one FVS large screen template can be opened at the same time

  • Please place the component inside the canvas, the content beyond the canvas cannot be displayed in the preview

Canvas page area

  • A FVS large screen template can contain multiple pages

  • Switching between large screen scenes or viewing angles can be achieved by switching between pages

Canvas Attributes Area

Support to modify the canvas size, adjust the canvas adaptive mode, adjust the canvas zoom size

Configuration bar

  • When the component is not selected, the configuration bar can configure attributes such as the background and transition effects of the current page

  • When a component is selected, the configuration bar can configure the content, interaction, animation, style and other attributes of the selected component.

Template preview and mount

The completed template can be previewed by clicking the "Preview" button in the upper right corner. Please use the Chrome browser to preview the FVS large screen template.

For V1.2.0 and later plugin versions, the FVS large screen template can be directly mounted to the decision-making platform directory, the viewing type is "preview", and the display terminal only supports the "PC" terminal, as shown in the following figure:

Before V1.2, the FVS large screen template does not support being directly mounted to the decision-making platform directory. Please use the "Add link" method to mount, and the link address is the template preview address.
